Room was neat and cozy. The host was polite and received us with smile. Room location was not scenic but yeah good for a night stay with camp fire and chill with friends. Dont expect too much like a proper hill station.

We went on 3rd Feb 2024 KR Resort in Gandikota. Uncle was friendly and helpful. Uncle helped when we had some issue - he was highly responsive, taking care with helpful words. I recommend this resort for anyone looking for a welcoming and communicative environment. Hospitality 5

Gandikota is a small village with not much infrastructure and for someone not wanting to camp out, there are only a few limited options of stay. After reading not so flattering reviews of the AP tourism Haritha hotel, decided to book KR rooms just across. Contacted the given number on whatsapp and paid deposit by UPI. For the price, the place lived up to expectations. Clean spacious room with granite floor and AC. The bathroom is tiny but good hot water. Free drinking water provided. Comfortable king size bed. The pillow and cover quality could be better and several cracks on walls which can be ignored on an overnight stay. Adequate parking space. No meal included but there is a sivalingam restaurant in 2 minutes walk. Also the canyon view is in walkable distance. Great spot for sunrise. One has to walk towards the fort but take right on a road just before the fort walls.

My stay at KR Resort in Gandikota was good with homely environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend this resort for anyone looking for a welcoming and responsive friendly environment. Descent food near by.

Just 1.2kms to Gandikotta river viewpoint..A calm and nice place to stay while visiting Gandikotta.. A/c Rooms are so neat ,spacious and well maintained ,parking is available.. The bathroom is also good and clean, Water heater ialso available They provide free wifi and drinking water...
