Townhouse Hotel Grand Arya

I'm Driver, and This Feedback is For Driver Room not for guest room... I'm giving review as a driver...., driver room or driver doormatry was in parking/ sellar and that room was so dirty, lots of Mosquito, even not a proper ventilation. my night was so horrible... I'm posting photos also Pls see Not provide driver room clean, no blankets, no bedsheets... lots of Mosquito is there, This valuable feedback help to driver only.

I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. Room Condition: The room had a stinking smell, and the blankets were not only old but also contained rat droppings folded inside--a shocking and unhygienic discovery. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the hotel is unacceptable, and to make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes. Ironically, they had installed mosquito repellents that were completely ineffective. Bathroom: The bathroom fixtures are outdated and discolored, further adding to the lack of maintenance. Parking: The parking situation is horrible, with no proper arrangements or assistance. Environment: The hotel allows known persons to host parties inside the rooms and smoke in the corridors, which creates a disruptive and unpleasant environment, especially for families. This hotel does not live up to its claimed 3-star rating. It's misleading and definitely not suitable for families or those expecting a decent stay. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel.

Bad experience. No coordination between oyo customer care and front desk reception. Front desk staff is very rude and unhelpful. Booked rooms by calling oyo customer care and requested them that we need to check in by 9AM. Customer care said okay and asked us to pay the booking charges. After the booking when we reached the hotel staff asked us to wait till 12PM as they are no available rooms. OYO told us they won't be able to help us and will not be cancelling the booking. I also the have the recording of all the calls made and them agreeing to provide us the room by 9AM

Either you change the front desk women or stop giving the service I have traveled so many places but haven't come across this kind of hospitality with a rude and harsh tone from the front desk women I hope when you are into hotel sector you need a person who welcomes you warm but this is one of u pleas experience we have gone h Through we have made a booking through oyo we have travelled 600km just to get denied by the staff and now oyo comes into the picture we made booking through oyo where we clearly asked whether we can check-in early the advisor promised us and informed that we can do from 10-12 and after reaching she was pretty rude and denied us from entering the room

Very humble and helping staff I was not feeling well so they took me to the hospital their staff stay with me for 2hrs really appreciate the humanity they showed I m grateful

Worst experience. Worst management. They don't recognise online bookings.waited for 1 hour to get rooms, even after paying half amount online.

Worst service and worst behaviour by front end team people they are cretisising the guests by their words don't choose this hotel a they are very rude at customer and taking hidden charges

We reached here and found the hotel was with a different name! Then they said they don't allow payment through oyo online. What's this service? We were frustrated at the end of night!
