Worst rooms , have to play with mosquitoes throughout night, staff are not cooperating, mosquitoes are full in these rooms

Not a great place to stay. The room is ok not well maintained. The bed and pillows are hard. Bathroom is not good at all. Broken bucket, removed hanger. I had to fix it temporarily. Photos shown by hotel are for ac rooms. I had to spend RS 700 for this room. If you want to search for a room to stay, I would suggest to keep this as the last option. Thank you.

I had to give 1 star because there is no option. Too many bed bugs. Foul smell in so many rooms. We booked multiple rooms to provide accommodation to many of our family guests. This is not at all a family hotel. It is venue for all drunkards and their parties. Very little security for ladies in there. Please do not book this hotel for family accommodation.

Poor quality. They do not have restaurant of their own. Food comes from outside. There was a TV but did not work since, according to the staff, Tatasky has to be installed. The centralized hotwater did not work. The problem gets compounded because staff, though try to be helpful, understand only local language, which is Telugu. Even Hindi is not understood by them. On the day of our arrival there was no staff other than physically challenged Manager and so we carried luggages ourselves. The reason - staff reportedly were attending to owner's family wedding. Room was spacious and otherwise okay. Air-conditioning was all right. ||But staff, when available tried their best to help, with limitations. Hence average rating.

This hotel is good budget hotel and located in the heart of the town accessible to the main road. They have an inhouse restaurant and provide average quality food.||The rooms are not neat. It is not properly maintained. They have free car parking just for 2 cars.||The service is quite fast and good. They can get you food from nearby restaurants outside the hotel.||I searched a lot and could see this is the best you can get in Eluru.

Poor facilities, everything's almost broken. Super bad in terms of hygiene and service provided. Most plug points won't work, Washrooms need a deep cleaning. I'd not suggest this place at all to anyone. Not safe on any grounds.

Very bad, dirty hotel. Worst dirtiest bathroom I've seen! Large room and comfy bed but dirty sheets. Hotel is very old and looks spooky inside. Offers car parking. Ok for one night.

Except bathrooms, room ambience is excellent. I have faced lift problem here. Service some how good. Non A/C, affordable prices. Good for middle class people's .
