Horrible experience, AC defective, room service pathetic, no water, nor hot water, hygiene- zero, favourite spot for mosquitoes picnic, no measure to control them, no sanitation, no soap in rooms, bedsheet were dirty, stinking- on asking to give a different room, they say all rooms are same !! Please don't waste your money on this property for stay.

Wifi doesn't work. Room is spacious enough but bedsheets and blankets are not clean and have lots of stains. Not worth the money

Location is kinda interior and doesn't feel safe. Property is kinda old and rooms not maintained well. Bathroom taps were rusted, we had no water for almost half of the stay cause they didn't on the motor. Price was pretty high for the place and services. While booking I was told I'll be provided complimentary breakfast but nothing was provided. Rated 3* cause we got the room when we couldn't find any other place for stay

New place and they are trying to do their best. Road to the place is not pucca. I did reach there with out much problems though. Bedsheets weren't clean but were promptly replaced when asked. AC worked. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The manager Pawan has great attitude. I loved him. Food there is a concern. Pawan got some for me from outside but warned before hand that available options aren't great. He was right. Good place, just let them know what you want they'll probably get it.

I'm a driver I visited this place Why you people not giving rooms for a driver's, we traveled almost 500 to 600 kilometers for a day, we don't have a room in this hotel, we don't ask a cot, ac, or heater, we are just asking for one room with toilet and bathroom, these people never provided a toilet too how can we manage for the hole day Kindly take this as a serious issue, we need a good sleep so only we and customers also be safety,

The person at the reception is quite good and honest at their work. Loved their hospitality. Guided for food in the mid night. Suggested for Bikers as it is on the Main highway. They have place for bike and car Parking too. Price is good for 1 night stay.

Rooms are spacious but maintained badly. No lock or door handles to toilets, rooms stinking, linen dirty, and first thing is, there is no proper road from main road to hotel. Your car must be a SUV to reach without touching. Online they show something but offline its something else, you book gold but you'll get silver

Although the two boys were helpful, the Management is Pethatic. Few of my experience here... 1. At the time of check in, the bed was very obvious that someone had slept on it, sheets were soiled and wrinkled. Got one of the two changed. 2. Toilet flush system was not working. Managed with bucket. 3. Early Morning there was no water in Bathroom. Had to send SMS. 4. Bathroom was full of Ants all over the place early Morning. 5. My original Driving license given to them as ID proof was not returned immediately while checkin. I too forgot until i realized after check out. I was told by them that they have lost it. Such an irresponsible Management. It has been 10 days now. There is RTO cost involved to get a duplicate. They have neither taken ownership in locating my DL nor have they paid me for the expense. Unfortunately there is no Zero Star to Rate. Not the least, TV is a dummy piece, it was not working.
