This is my second time staying at this hotel. A lot improved from my prior stay. 1. Looks like they changed the receptionists and they are POLITE, FRIENDLY and easy to work with. 2. Rooms are CLEAN and tidy. Bathrooms are also very NEAT. Hope they maintain like this. 3. Since they are new, they are eager to give you BEST PRICE and service. You can't get a clean hotel like this with budget pricing. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for "Clean rooms with BUDGET PRICE" Special thanks to OWNER for allowing me late check-in.

Rooms are ok. After complaining for 2 days they provided remote for tv. After checking in to the room, there was a used underwear inside the cabinet along with someone's wallet. Iam including this because they told we should checkout an hour before the 24hrs because they needed that hour to clean the room. If they did so clean the room, it would not be this miserable. The staff guy after complaining all the issues, started talking rudely which caused use to contact the owner who was responsible enough so I am not giving a single star due the action taken by him. I would not recommend checking in to this hotel if you are planning to visit with family. owner : 5/5 staff: 0/5 room: 3/5 service: 1/5 ( they bought breakfast when asked ^_^)

Very classic and hygiene rooms , service provided was very good starting from checkin till checkout .

This place is well maintained . Rooms are very well maintained,washrooms are very clean and comfortable . About service I don't know but staff are good .
