V Villa resort

Rooms interiors are good, swimming pool was neat and landscaping was great. However, external premises needs to be cleaned regularly including banquet room building, lift odour was very bad. Rooms security concerns raised for the room banquet. Rooms rates are quite high when compared to Riveria.. Front desk was good (Daniel). However, Front Desk was not aware of some faults in the resort which they supposed to as the issue is related to security concerns. Hope this feedback helps V resorts to do better.

The overall experience at the resort was good, can definitely consider this resort for a weekend break to relax and have fun with friends. The highlights of the property are their main pool area and their rooms. Howsoever they don't have a private beach access.

One of the worst experiences I've had while trying to make a reservation. I called V Resorts and Hotel over 10 times for a simple inquiry about room tariffs, and I was only attended to twice. The staff had no clear information about the tariffs, even though they are mentioned on their website. The lady on the enquiry line promised to call me back within 10 minutes, but it's been over a day, and I haven't received any response. Now, they don't even bother answering my calls. As a service-oriented business, the least I expect is reliable customer service over the phone, and V Resorts and Hotel couldn't even manage that. This experience has made me decide not to book this property, despite the positive reviews. Very disappointing!

Beautiful Resort with good view of Beach. Food, services, Ambience, Swimming Pool are very good. Macaws are very talkative with good experience of interaction with them. Overall it's a good place to chill out with family and friends

I booked this resort because the rooms were aesthetically pleasing on photos in google but that is all that is good in this resort. Extremely bad maintenance of the resources. They did not allow us into the pool saying some maintenance is going on. Then we wanted to play some 9 ball pool at the pool table but the cue ball was not available. On asking the manager he just said that it was there just now but it's missing now, I can't do anything. The behaviour of the staff and maintenance of aminities is extremely bad for the amount of price they are taking for a single room. Again anything we ask they are charging extra. Every little thing all we hear was sorry sir this is not available now or you need to pay extra for this. We had very bad experience, felt it was just waste of money. All the money you are paying is just for the room and the bed, nothing else in the resort is in good working condition. Again, the wifi is very slow, so slow that I could not do my work also.

We stayed in V hotel and Resorts Chirala for 2 nights with family. Resort was amazing, excellent services and very good food. Very well designed luxurious spacious rooms. We took double suite pool villa that includes 2 large rooms, attached bathrooms, living room and beautiful swimming pool. Apt for two families. Garden villa is also very nice. Hotel is just 300 meters away from beach and you can easily walk down

Worst hotel i have ever visited. Poor service.. You keep calling to reception but no one take the call. Rooms are beautiful but with lots of Mosquitoes. Cant sleep whole night because of mosquitoes. If you have small kids. Pls dont stay here. They dont have night manager. My daughter vomited late in the night and we kept calling but no one attended and finally mu husband has to go out to find someone for an extra bed sheet. But he could not find any one . And there AC's .. are not good enough for a room.

Beautiful resort with swimming pool. Very spacious and you can cook, if you want, like service apartment. Otherwise, kitchen staff are there to cook for you. This is a stand alone resort with two bedrooms and sunken bathrooms. Very spacious. Bathrooms, you have to be careful as steps are there. Overall, very nice experience and strongly recommend to go there.
