Bad experience with the service right from the check in to the room this morning today. Very bad experience with the morning counter receptionist. Tried to give my feed back to him to just ensure in my room before evening. He said you have to adjust with whatever we have. No body complain to us. You are the only complaining. He is so adamant, when I asked who is your owner, he said am the owner of hotel. Sorry I have vacated the room in 12 hours. I paid for the whole day tariff. No regrets. Just do not want to stay in the hotel again. Room lighting is so dull. Shower is not working. Cupboard shelves are shabby and not moving freely. Blanket cloth material is towel material. No difference in blanket / towel. Very sorry state of affairs in customer service. Boys are not courteous and manners they are entering room with master key without knock on door. Overall a bad experience right in the morning and vacated the room in 12 hours.

Stayed in this hotel recently on a trip to Chirala and it was a decent experience. Rooms are okay. Everything works. Prices are a little high in terms of services offered. The receptionist tries to avoid giving a bill. Location is great. Overall it was fine.

Hotel is awesome, treatment/behaviour of the staffs is very satisfactory...... Services provided by the hotel is remarkable... Near to bus stop and railway station... You may visit without any hesitation..... Thank you....

The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and attentive. Although the hotel lacks on-site parking, they offer a parking service located 400 meters away.

This is one of the costliest hotel in Chirala Town. Prices are too expensive. I dont recommend to stay for a Family who come for a trip and want to stay for more days in town, since for that 3 days tour to beach and shopping, we cant afford such expenses to Hotel itself. We have other hotels nearby with reasonable price.

Overall a good experience, staff is polite , rooms are neatly maintained, located in the main centre of the chirala , only parking is the problem, parking is provided at railway station which is close to 400m from the hotel is located

Very good place to stay , Rooms are clean , rest room is well maintained, friendly staff and overall experience is Good. Best choice in Chirala .
