Everything about this place is amazing. One akka and anna runs the place both are we generous and humble. The food which akka cooks is genuine very tasty. The beach is very close and they provide you with table chairs to sir on the beach for drinks and food. And pretty cheap also we were 5 people and we paid 5k for a 1 night.

We had a really bad experience in this place. We were a family of 2 with 2 small kids. The rooms were very basic for the 3k per night that we paid for each room. Food was very basic and very costly. Unclean bedsheets, no doormats, dirty buckets. . Service was the worst that we had ever experienced anywhere. Even a cup of hot water was charged. The cook's attitude was very bad, I think she had no idea that they are running a business and hosting customers. She gives you dirty looks even of you ask for a water bottle. We did most of the service ourselves (getting water from the kitchen fridge, keeping the food items on our dining table etc.) Even getting a cup of tea from the cook is a task there.you need to order at least half a day before for anything from the kitchen. Highly recommend people with kids not to stay here since food will be a big issue. There is absolutely no option of food outside. You have to travel at least 7 km to the city center. Even the owner showed bad attitude when things on service were pointed out. They allowed local guys to drink and party on the property which seemed very unsafe . There was a guy who kept on staring at us on that night and the next day until they left. The only plus point is that the beach is very nearby. Walking distance. And it is beautiful. The owner charges 500rs to just keep a plastic table and chair near the beach for you to sit. So beware. All in all a bad experience. Do not spoil your vacation by staying here.

This resort is at a great location. You can look at the beach by standing on its roof. You can experience the cool breeze from the sea easily. The room quality is not that great. The price doesn't match the quality. The bugs have inherited the rooms. There were electricity issues as well. Although they were resolved, but the time taken to resolve them could have been less. They provide food and tea, that is charged extra. I will only recommend you this is you have nowhere else to go. And if you go opt for the ac room

Best vacation place to stay near the beach. And there is landmark of Sai Baba temple which is very famous for the height of 121m at 2km distance.Due to the lighting in the beach i.e, night view from the resort was lively and refreshing. Services are good .

Location is right in front of the beach which is almost like a Private beach. Rooms are Ok. Service is very Good. You have kitchen available in the site and you can order the food . I felt rooms as little costly but compared to other resorts this is cheaper.

I've been to this place in 2021 and had a good experience . I returned back with a group of 18 expecting good service. The main difference then and now is the cook. We had the worst experience ever. The cook gives very dirty experience , she's very adamant and rude. They charged for disposable glasses ( Rs.5each) that we requested for kids . 1 small tea was charged Rs.25/small glass you get in Hyd. Their rice had insects in it. Charged 170/meal for infants saying for them it's a plate count. They don't even serve food, they just place it on table and we serve it ourselves. The cook has a horrible language and the owner completely supports that attitude . We had to ask her to wash hands before serving and she starts her filthy Mermering. Washrooms were not beat. Power cut for 3 hours. Grazers did not work neither the AC but stil paid 3k for room. Red stained bed sheets on the beds. They don't tell you their prices in advance. They charged 90/portion for a kid just the rice. Quality and quality is horrible. Cook answered saying that's how we eat in this place you guys eat a lot. Their billing is just a small torn paper. Food that they serve is purchased from outside. I would never recommend this place for any type of group - families , bachelors, friends ! None. A big NO FOR THIS PLACE. Don't go by the rating. Don't spoil your trip with this stay!

Beach view, rooms are good. Owners are flexible, will not do any objection. You will have free hand. No good parking facility, but you will not face any difficulty for parking. Food is also available on prior notice. Beach is in walkable distance. But a little costly because of demand on weekends, if you are planning to go book rooms early, if not you will really face trouble.
