Bala Residency

Rooms were very congested with bathrooms having no ventilation. ACs weren't working nicely. Had to ask for towels, soap.

I visited this Hotel when i came for 3 days trip to Chirala Town. When i enquired came to know for a single room the cost is too expensive, in that case for a Family with 3 days trip - we cant afford such expenses for hotel itself. I believe there is no other hotel in chirala town with such expenses. So, I do not recommend even going for an enquiry also.

I have reached chirala around 1:00 a.m. in the morning.. I have visited other hotel which is in front of railway station and notice that it was not clean and the staff was sleeping later on I have visited this premises and found that Mr koti the receptionist was awake at 1 am and he showed me 2 to 3 room types and I have opted for deluxe room where the room boys are available even at that time and later on next day morning Mr Chandu and Mr Arvind who are at reception guided me to the places where I have to go.. many thanks to Mr koti and Mr Chandu who have helped me a lot during my stay.. Note:-in places like chirala we cannot expect more than this based upon my experience.... Please do not ignore this place based up on the negative reviews as this place is in front of bus stand and very near to railway station. Cons..* could have better if there could have provided package water bottle and tooth kit, moisturizer and in house restaurant but the in staff is very helpful where they get the food on your choice..No dedicated car parking.. Apologies for not posting the room images as I didn't have much time as I need to rush to catch my train

Stay away from bala residency like it's the plague! My time there was an absolute disaster. The room was filthy, with stains on the sheets and a foul odor that made me gag. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and it seemed like they couldn't care less about guest satisfaction. This place is a disgrace and should be shut down. Save yourself the misery and book elsewhere."

It was a nice and comfy experience. The service was good. Rooms were good for the price we paid but could have done better. Not many options inside Chirala. So this is probably one which has better rooms and better pricing.

Located in the centre of the city good place but room are avarage, service ok ok. Prices too are little bit high. Overall it's a prime location infront of railway station and bustand.

It's good

Room is average. Ac quality is good. Staff doesn't have minimum manners like they don't even knock door before getting in. Staff doesn't have minimum respect towards customers while they talk. There is no parking facility. You'll have to leave your car on a busy road. Bare minimums are not even provided. Like paste soaps and all.
