M Hotel

The service at this is horrible The worst dinning experience in my life The staff doesn't know what they are doing we had to fetch our own things ( drinks etc..) we went with family and kids and they are giving priority to some police guys/ political who came after us and made us wait for a whole 2hrs our kids were crying of hunger and they didn't seem to bother they just ignore us... Pathetic experience

Very worst hotel. No minimum courtesy towards customers. I have to fight everytime for everything. The old man who himself as called gumastha, not respond. No manager available. I checkin at 3.30 pm yesterday. Then onwards no a/ c due to no power. He have no informed that if there is no pwer no a/c. He told no diesel for generator. Then after long argument he brought diesel and run the a/ c for sometime. The night is hell with sometime fan and sometimes a/c. Early morning no water. Again i fight, he put on some water. Totally my stay in this hotel is hell. Don't choose this hotel ever. Very worst, hell, bad, no words to describe.....

Don't try to stay in this lodge. There is no maintenance.they didn't provide drinking water aslo

Food is ok but ambience and service is poor

They could improve communication service better.One.person takes the order. Second day when u want to just remind them of the ordergiven, someone else takes the phone,.and pretends to know.nothing of the order. Strange.

As wedding videographers, we have been there, that's why I can't say anything about the rooms and service. As per the location, it's in front of the RTC Bus Depot. Comes to the hall it's superb, neat and clean, and well-spaced hall I like the way they held the ceiling and the way if lighting nourished. Air conditioning is good for now, have to see how they maintain it in the future. Not a big space but decent enough for a small-sized party. Dining is also clean and tidy, but a bit smaller. Parking has to be looked after.

My wife has different initial then they said rooms are not available. Its very bad, struggled a lot, did not accept marriage photo too, receptionist shows very very bad attitude, he feeels like he is Ambani

Stayed in suite room for 3 days. Rooms are good but there is no proper maintenance. We have to ask everything for every time. Bed sheets, blankets and pillow covers are very bad. Hotel without any standards. Room prices are ok. Most of the menu items are not available in restaurant. They don't have other basic items also.
