Kuber Residency

The hotel was decent and the rooms were very clean. We took a deluxe AC room, and we were satisfied with everything. Rooms were clean and well maintained, TV was working, Hot water was available 24*7 and the bathrooms were well clean. The hotel didn't have a restaurant and the owner did not have any reservations about ordering from outside.

One of the best places that I stayed in Tirupathi. I stayed for 2 days at this place. The place is affordable, easy access to Alipiri. The owners are very kind, helpful and go out of their way to make the guests comfortable and accommodating. The front desk managers are kind too. They helped me with travel details, made couple of calls to get confirmation on timings, wait times, options to visit, places to visit. The room is in good condition, has TV, comfortable bed, bathroom, free bottled water provided and timely room service. Very impressed with the hospitality. I would recommend it

It was really great experience from my side. Hotel staff was very helpful and helped me in planning my activities around the city. They also have good list of temples and places to visit which helped me very much. The room and washroom were clean and very well maintained.

The hotel was decent and rooms were clean. The owner and manager are really helpful and humble. Some staff are lazy and avoid working but owner handles it well. The only drawback is that there is no in house restaurant and all the restaurants nearby serve mostly non veg food. Hopefully soon they will start their restaurant and then It will be 5/5.

Thx for your reply and sir we are not entered to room we are in lobby and your hotel authorised persons are did not tel to don't enter the hotel and your people will for to scold and shout to ladies and I told if we entered and hiding the people's means am ready to pay what amount you ppl demanede and you ppl are not rdy to listen my words they only what money money money ok we I'll pay but you should behave properly that's not way to behave with ladies

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and we were comfortable. Nothing was too much, room staff very nice ..

We recently stayed at this Residency and can confidently say it offers excellent value for money. Beyond the convenient location, the room was thoughtfully equipped with amenities like a mini-bar, racks, AC, TV, a comfortable king-size bed, safety locker, and a chair. The bathroom was spotless, featuring a shower area and premium toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Room service was exceptional--prompt and professional. Plus, the WiFi was fast and reliable, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-appointed experience.

Room is very clean (No smell once you open doors)and staff is very cooperative....located in decent location for transportation. Enjoyed thoroughly the vacation and I strongly recommend this for families
