Do not rely on photos, though the room shown in photos are same but cleanliness was pathetic. Even after showing them hairs on toilet seat, there was no action taken ( though receptionist told it will be cleaned in morning at 6:00 am., but nothing happened as such) Even the room's floor was not even mopped. Bedsheet and pillow covers were also not clean. There was no facility in the room like, water, toiletey etc ( but since we were there only for night, and based on current rating of hotel, it was expected, so no complains for that).

The room is nice. The toilets were clean. You get open parking but you have a CC camera. The only problem i faced was of mosquitoes. There were a lot of mosquitos everywhere.

This is one of the stupid hotels I have ever seen. We have booked 3ac rooms three months prior to travel through make my trip with payment and at the time of stay they said hotel is fully booked and denied. They had later shared a room which was not acceptable and upon rejecting was threatened also. I would 100% request everyone to stay away from this place and not make the mistake of renting this place.

Such a bad place. We had a very bad experience with this place. We had booked 3 AC rooms 3 months in advance and upon receiving was greeted with a lot of confusion. First moving us to a weired loction and later giving us 2 non ac rooms instead. The were also threatening is when we rejected the room and were trying to cancel. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Kindly stay away or book at your own risk!

Would definitely not recommend a stay at this hotel. Please read the following as the bad reviews are not immediately visible even on Google. We took three rooms. The rooms are barebones with limited amenities. They are reasonably tidy but not too clean. The glasses provided with the kettle were dirty and unusable. Some of the doors are also unsteady and do not lock properly. There are small insects and moths that come in through the open window of the bathrooms as well. Moreover, water leaks out of the bathrooms when people take a bath due to gaps between the door and jamb. The fixtures in the bathroom are also rusted with the hot water not running despite the geyser being turned on. We were also given only one towel per room. Despite repeated requests for just one extra towel, none were provided. There are also no amenities for services like morning tea. However, after a short conversation with the manager, they managed to get us some tea from the local stall with paper cups which we poured out for ourselves. Make sure to also bring all bathing supplies along as the hotel only provides one bar of soap. The location of the hotel is not very convenient either. There are no decent restaurants or dining options in a roughly 10km radius. And since the hotel doesn't have a kitchen for even tea, you have to drive for at least 20-25 minutes for everything A better place to stay for a trip to tirupati is near the kapilatheertham area which has plenty of good restaurants, good hotels, and is a more central and busy location.

There was no service at all ! Had to ask for extra bed repeatedly ,they will say I will bring it but won't....later they told us to come pickit up from downstairs to 2nd floor ,didn't provide bed sheet for extra beds but they charged RS.500 for extrabed....they expect us to sleep in AC ROOM WITH NO BEDSHEET.....TOTAL CHEAP BEHAVIOUR ! didn't provide doormat outside the bathroom even after asking repeatedly ,water from the restroom came out and we had nothing to wipe our feet making the floors wet

The rooms are superb very neat and clean the maintenance was good the staff also was friendly I love to visit this property again and again with my friends and family
