Very nice apartment style hotel. The staff were super helpful and flexible. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Seems to be a new property which is being setup as a hotel. So few misses are there in terms of organized service. You need to ask the staff everytime, example garbage disposal etc. Language was a problem as staff knew only Telugu not even English. As it is a new building, not many auto folks knew and had a tough time reaching. But somehow managed. The staff are really helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Overall a good and affordable place to stay with apartment style rooms.

First of all, this place is not a hotel but a service apartment without any service. They don't provide water, or clean the room unless you ask. Moreover, they will not provide you GST invoice. Keep it in mind before you check in.

Hi will u provide unmarried couples, please let me know. I m taking feed back for evaru hotels because unmarried couples doesn't provide any rooms please give ur place will do Oyo rooms and will maintain wil take for lease
