I recently stayed at Hotel Sri Pranams Royal Grand in Bhimavaram and I have to say, it was the perfect choice for a friends vacation. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. , 3000 rupees take per room, but when our guest ask one galss , room serviceperson need 10 rupees, worst service ... manager don't pickup call , i have booked 5 days for our guest, After one day when I checkout, condition that he will cut 2 days payment as a cancelation, rest 3 days payment don't give , when ever call manager don't pickup.. totally worth service, don't deserve any star ... don't go this hotel , price was high but service fully worsted....

The staff behavior and the prices charged at this hotel are completely mismatched. The staff lacks basic respect and courtesy towards guests, which is highly disappointing. It's hard to understand how this place is receiving high ratings from others, as my experience was far from satisfactory.

The room was clean, near, service good and location is excellent. Only thing missing while our stay was no water for like 2-3 hrs in the morning. When asked about it they said that it's technical issue and will be solved in 3-4 hrs and meanwhile if we want to bath they will send us to other hotel beside them for a bath. They even rejected to bring hot water to room and only way they tell us is to go to a hotel beside. In conclusion, hotel doesn't maintain maintainance and even if some other problem like no electricity or like any other happens they just say goto next hotel. Such nice people they are. Zero rating should be given. If u ever come to this hotel, plz be aware that whatever happens to u bcz, they will not be responsible. So it's ur choice

Good hotel to stay. It is new building and rooms are in good condition. It is near to railway station. Size of deluxe room is small. We need to submit Aadhar for all people staying. They won't reduce the price. I felt price is too high for stay.
