No food service Landline not working Good mirror but u can't find you Recently painted but bad smell coming due to paint. Plz don't ask me TV series Worst bathroom No space for wardrobe Finally they are charging Ra.2,500 for Deluxe Rooms. Towels are Complimentary breakfast u will think they can provide besides hotel, But different mode . Finally he said they ordered mirrors, wardrobe and other things they will fix it in coming future. Will see and update

Worst hotel in this hotel they are treating customers very worstly they are not friendly and the rooms and neatness is not good very dirty rooms try it in some other place don't go for it

Worst room ever stayed.Reception staff who do not know how to speak well.His thinking is as if we have come to stay without paying money.The room is not good. The interior walls of the room, the bathroom and the materials used in it are not clean. AC not working properly.A special sound comes as soon as the fan is turned on, no response after telling me to fix it or allow another room. Room boys not bad. Overall service, behavior, nothing better. If you replace the person sitting at the reception with someone else, half the problem will be solved. (Bcz of first impressions is the best impression). very bad service

I needed something close to the rly station for a day trip and this hotel though bit costly served the purpose well. Semi deluxe room is of decent size, very clean, but bit closed with minimal ventilation. Room boys are very attentive and provide good service including in-room limited breakfast. Bed is very comfortable with clean bed sheets. Attached restaurant is decent. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

A better place to stay. Rooms are quite good.

As a group we stayed in 8 rooms for one day here ( on a week long tour to AP) last week , based upon my friend's reference . Very worst maintainance Bathrooms/toilets are horrible .Still the worst part no one attended our complaints Even giving a rating of 1/5 is too much for this hotel for this present timings ( Nov 24)

Excellent skills in reception staff and Prasad garu very good manners and breakfast is good cleaning rooms overall good

Tight parking space veg menu not worth
