We had to visit somarama temple and landed here. Owner talks good. But mis communicates or the manager manipulate it. Not sure. Confused. We called owner and per communication he told he will tell his manager to give us 2 rooms. Later manager gave only one room and the hall for 3K. This is the 100% mistake of the owner and his manager. Proper communication build reputation. This the weekness of Abilasha pride. This home is in decent residential area. Good space and neat area. But the whole bheemavaram itself is mosquito infested and no point in complaining it. But they provide good night mosquito liquid in room. Manager has some secret control over AC. It will switch off after 4:00AM. No sense of good customer service in this point. Room and hall was clean. Manager provided extra pillows and bedsheets. Appreciate his courtesy atleast in this. Not sure about breakfast or meals.management has to communicate before providing the rooms. Around 3-4 kms far from the city centre, people with vehicle can stay here peacfully. Overall clean and tidy place. Owner/manager. Stingy guys. Has to improve in communication and customer service prior to providing the rooms in wise of 2 rooms or 1 room or hall, or what exactly they offer. Bf or lunch or accessibility. Bath fittings has to be kept in condition

The host is a very humble person. Great value for the price you pay. The care taker was helpful to accommodate charging my EV car overnight. Food you can order online, lots of hotels. Only feedback is we were not provided complimentary bf though it was written as will be provided.

It's too expensive no proper maintenance

During our recent visit to Bhimavaram we stayed in this place. This is a two-bedroom house with a big hall, a veranda, a dinning hall and a kitchen. Both the bedrooms and the hall has air-conditioners. The bedrooms have attached bath. There is also two additional bath rooms at the rear side of the house plot.||||The owner of the house is maintaining this property as it is his family house. He lets it out conditionally to travelers. There is a full time house keeper staying in the adjoining building to this house. He will help you with your small requirements. Please note there is no room service here. Any food items needs to be bought by the occupants or one needs to go out themselves to nearby restaurants.||||We were a group of travelers and we enjoyed our stay in this place. The owner was cooperative and aloted us the full house as we were pilgrims on tour of Andhra. We felt we stayed in a house away from our house during the trip. It was enjoyable.||||I definitely recommend this place than a hotel for small groups who can adjust themselves in this place. The place is well kept and additional beds are provided when you have more travelers.

Homely stay place. Simple and well maintained hygiene area. We will be getting a feeling of own home stay. Kudos to Raju garu and his team for maintaining this and to them, guest satisfaction is their priority. Will try to visit again, whenever appropriate

A perfect place to stay with family. The Entire house was so neatly maintained and the caretaker was friendly. It is more like a feeling of Homely stay with family than we stay else where. Food was good & everybody enjoyed it.

One of the best place to stay while in bhimavaram at a nominal price.You get the neat and clean home type accommodation unlike the commercial hotels which charge exhorbitantly claiming 3, and 4 star facilities. It's run by a retired professor who is a doctorate in a very disciplined manner who ensures the same thing from his customers like no smoking,no boozing while in hotel.very ideal place for families who comes with kids.one stay will make you remember for the lifetime.though staff are not professional but very courteous and helpful with a smile always.

It's a home stay guest house and don't get confused about it being a hotel rather. But the rooms are OK. AC, TV and geyser are provided.
