Novotel bheemili Resort

Resort is most amazing with great ambiance and hospitality! The infinity pool is out of the world and so close to the beach. The property is well maintained and the staff is excellent. Yamini took great care of us. We loved the mini theatre and the Japanese restaurant. Restaurant is heaven for vegetarians as the kitchens are separate. Thanks for making our anniversary vacation special.

The rooms were lavishly appointed, with every amenity imaginable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was a spa-like oasis. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every need. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. This was our fourth visit to this beautiful property. I was traveling with my husband and my pet. All three previous experiences were amazing. But strangely this time I was surprised to notice that despite of booking an executive room, i was not given spa option, no fruit bowl, no writing pad and shocking was there was less to no body lotion in the washroom. Other than that our stay was pleasant and peaceful. Thank you

The One Imperfectly Perfect Night Stay Hi,my name is Mahesh.Due to my profession I miss important family dates.This time I was fortunate enough to stay for my wedding anniversary,which coincides with the most celebrated day of the year, Valentine's Day.After a lot of research the Bheemli-Novotel caught my eye.The prices were higher than usual I ended up booking for Rs.12000/- a night.My wife was thrilled by the surprise,and I couldn't be happier seeing her reaction.The staff were very polite.They welcomed us with a garland made of sea shells(cute) and a coconut to sip on as we toured.We appreciated the gesture.It was a truly lovely place.They had made a thoughtful gesture to celebrate our anniversary on request.Balloons and a decorated bed with a coconut leaf message of "Happy Anniversary" made a lovely impression. Thank you!The room was spacious and well-organized with a balcony,which was the room's highlight.The view from the balcony was soothing.The room has Stained glass,stained commodes.The facility offers a delightful 'Hi-Tea' in the evenings.They had a variety of tea, coffee snacks.while enjoying it,I took a bite of a corn samosa.It was strange to find both pieces attached by a string,with the bitten piece swinging like a cradle.we were Disgusted.The chef apologized, saying, "Sir, it comes frozen, and we can't see what's inside."I was intimidated by his response,even though the logic made sense.We retired to our room, upset.The Bheemli Resorts has a teppanyaki bar on its terrace famous for its Japanese cuisine.It'd be a wonderful experience to try it out cause my wife never had a chance to try Japanese food.The chef was a nice person, he greeted us and cooking right in front of us which was indeed a good experience. I happened to notice a nymph(a young cockroach)crawling all over the place without any hesitation of the place being a 5 star Hi standard hotel.Me and my wife were bewildered with disbelief to look at the nymph crawling across the cutlery.We were DISGUSTED.the hygiene standards were just like any other street food facility where it would be quite a common sight.It caught me off.I felt like deceived by the grandeur and facade which is only to cover up the inside to maintain the age built eminence. The cockroach at the dining spoilt my mood.I told the staff to get rid of it.I tried to get back to my normality because I don't want to ruin my wedding anniversary after two years and god knows when again.The food was great we enjoyed it.I asked for the check and the staff approached me in a hesitant tone said the bill was on the house from the chef.I asked why?As an apology.I couldn't say 'NO' because all the other guests were staring at me.We thanked the chef for the food and left.At the elevator we were greeted by the sous chef who was deeply sorry about the incident.we retired to our room with Japanese food in our gut and crawling cockroach in our mind.Couldn't really accept skipping a beat on culinary hygiene. To my dismay,took a sealed glass water bottle and lifted to drink.Fortunately just before the sip I've noticed an etched glass mouth which is sharp enough to rip my lip off!!It was that moment I couldn't stand the Bheemli Resort anymore.Blow after blow of let down and betrayal of portrayal. The staff of the Bheemli Novotel resort is its strength in hospitality and reception.I believe it requires keen attention to detail which the guests expect after paying so much amount of money.The staff were helpful through out.The gesture of cancelling the food bill at teppanyaki restaurant wasn't needed because it will never equate to the ruined experience.next day we enjoyed the pool and had breakfast. Settled a bill of 16500/- Spoke to the staff about the bad experiences.they took it constructively and apologised.We said thank you and good bye and we drove away to our home sweet home with one last peek on the facade of the mighty BHEEMLI RESORTS managed by ACCORHOTELS. That's how my wedding anniversary and Valentine's Day with my valentine-wife was spent with an imperfectly perfect night stay.

Extremely enjoyed. Worth for money. They welcomed very well. Room is very spacious. Awesome view from the balcony. Nice washroom. Food is amazing. It's a full fledged stress free stay.
