Sitha Nilayam

Rooms are wide. But no room service like cleaning, changing of blankets. Bathrooms are too worst n they must maintain neatly n hygienically for piligrims. Hot water also not came. Room charges are toomuch.

I visited on Friday Evening for Offline Booking. No proper respect here for the visitors . Their Behaviour and Response is very Reckless ..There will be one Young Boy / Uncle sitting at the Booking Counter,Both are of same Attitude . No Non AC Rooms available at that time of my visit. I took Rs.1200 Ac room .After payment they asked me Extra 1200 as Advance by Cash . They said to vacate this place 4hrs early. They are not following 24hrs Rule here..They will return that advance amount when you leave this place as per the exit time they have mentioned. The room we took looks Just Average.Even in AC room the atmosphere inside looks like non AC . Bathroom floor also Not properly Cleaned.Some Mosquitoes and Lizards inside the room. Just for Sleeping and if you want to stay near by temple ,it is good to go here. If you Visit On Saturday or Sunday it will be a bit difficult to get Non AC Rooms in some particular cases as you see a lot of people will come on these two days. There will be a lot of Lodges available outside. They looks far better than this and well maintained and worthy

The room is big and the washrooms are old but maintained well .. hot water available Near the temple affordable cost and good rooms for staying for family... godavari ghat also walkable distance around 2km from busstand Best Godavari view from the room ..

Sita Nilayam is a good place to stay whoever would like to visit Bhadrachalam. Helpful to pilgrims to stay overnight which is very nearest to Shri Rama Temple in Bhadrachalam. There is a facility to have small celebrations like marraige/birthday/Saree function so on...If at all you are a small group of people carrying all utensils for self cooking you can use those facilities. Over all a good place to stay.

Best place to stay if you are planning a trip to Bhadrachalam. You will find rooms with reasonable prices. Very much near the temple and Godavari Ghat..

It's a very old building filled with cockroaches. Cracked and leaking walls and only 1 person gets moderate hot water even in AC rooms. Geyser is not efficient to heat water corridor n room place is spacious. The ground floor lift is stuck a little but works. Check the room and if it is not near, feel free to ask for another room. No bedsheets are given. And moths are commonly seen inside the room as well. I would still prefer the same because it has got aesthetics
