Review for Hotel Catering Service I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the catering services provided by Goutham hotel during a special event, and I must say, they reached all expectations.price wise it is worthy. The service team was outstanding--friendly, efficient, and attentive to every detail. From setup to cleanup, they managed everything seamlessly, allowing us to focus on enjoying the event.provided a top-notch catering experience. I highly recommend their services to anyone planning a special event, as they combine delicious food, excellent service, and a stress-free experience

The ambience and services are very good. But the quality of food is not good. Biryani is unlike it's taste and flavour, more like fried rice. Ordered Mutton Sukki which tasted horrible.

Ambience is good. Service is good. Observed change in taste of the food ordered, with respect to my previous visit. I felt there is a dip in the quality n taste..may be due to change of chef or new team. Need more focus on maintaining standard of food..as we always love to visit Zaika.

Without fail we've enjoyed every item we tried. In particular, they have fantastic. everything is amazing Excellent work for the team and staff Great place for function and parties

I stayed 2 nights in the hotel. Location is walkable distance from New Bus stand. Staff is very cooperative and humble. I had a very good experience with Manager Rajesh at reception. He will guide you well and speak very politely. Food is also fresh and tasty. Don't miss to have their lunch buffet costing you Rs 150 only. Room size was big and clean. All the toiletries were available. Overall a wonderful experience. If u ever come to Bapatla stay at this hotel u will never regret.

We had snacks and coffee... service... you must have ample time and patience....no idli dosa available in the evening...if you want to have malaria or dengue please use the washroom... however what we had is yummy...

Biryani rice Is Not good and Mutton also. Service is tooo late.. privious I visit so many times. that time all is Good.but now No quality in all items.

I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Gautham(Restaurant). Although the food tasted good initially, the quality has deteriorated significantly. Today, we purchased a family pack of biryani, but unfortunately, the rice didn't resemble biryani at all, and the taste was extremely poor.
