Lotus Pond Resort & spa

Me and my family had a great time at this resort. It was nice to have all our needs catered to at this place. Play area for the kids, restaurant for us to chill and dine at(lassi was outstanding), sit out right outside our rooms to enjoy the weather (esp a water hose to rinse off the sand coming back from the beach) The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Rooms were well maintained. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit the beach and stay overnight.

Really nice place near suryalanka beach. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful. Overall good service... Definitely I recommend this to friends...

Worst experience. I got a A/c room for 4000 ,-/ A/c is not working entire Night. No hotel manager after 12:00 mid....... Water in washroom is black in colour Night mare of the day no room maintenance....... Overall a Big disaster

I travelled from Mumbai with my family...and it was a great experience visiting to this place.. I am thankful to the resort team who allowed us to stay on the spot booking at night time. The food is tasty and rooms are clean and good place for kids as lot of playing areas.

Washroom taps are not in a good condition ..AC was not working properly , no room service ,no cleaning , it doesn't look like resort .... Worst service

Very beautiful place. The hospitality was very good by the owner & the staff. They were always ready to assist with the queries & took care of us very well. Very peaceful place for a family to stay. Lot of options, room are neat, vast play area for kids with equipment. Good swimming pool (currently under renovation) spa, beauty parlor, restaurant. Very near to the beach as well. The present owners are taking full responsibility of maintaining the property near & clean.

Recently visited the resort along with my friends.This is my second time to stay here in this resort.The rooms are very clean and well maintained.This resort is having indoor swimming pool which is clean and neat and a big garden area to chill out with friends and for children they have installed trampoline and other play equipments.The suryalanka beach is 4 km far from the resort. Overall it's a great place to enjoy with your family and friends.

We stayed in Lotus pond resort in bapatla and|Resorts bapatla for 2 nights with family. Resort was amazing, excellent services and very good food. Very well designed luxurious spacious rooms. We took double rooms off presidential that includes king size bed and one extra bed in rooms, attached bathrooms, living room and beautiful swimming pool. Apt for two families. Garden area is also very nice. Best walking area and children play ground also available and nice we enjoyed the lot in this resort.good communication skill staff is this resort.
