Sea Inn Residency

It's not a resort, it's just an old building. Doors were broken with no proper locks. Windows were extremely dusty. They are charging 3000 per room per night, which is not worth it at all. We were there for 3 days 2 nights, but never saw cleaners. The maids will not be visible, but they will come running during checkout to ask for money for cleaning the rooms. The rooms and hall were filled with dead bugs and lots of mosquitos. The bathroom doors were broken and rotted, leaving rotten pieces of wood constantly. There was no parking, so we had to park on the road. The area around the building is filled with alcohol bottles and the backside was filled with trash, it was so unpleasant to look at. Especially with my family it was so uncomfortable. There were a lot of dogs and they even entered the rooms. The AC was new in our rooms, that was the only good part, however due to constant powercut we had to adjust with fan all the time. Thankfully the generator was working, which powered the fans and 1 light all the time. The location is lovely, but these guys are not making use of it and throwing all the trash around the building.

Not recommended for family no maintenance, it's right in between pile of beer bottles and liquor bottles, you will have feel of residing in beer bottles dump yard. My suggestion is just nearby there are many luxurious stays with same price that too with walkable distance, kindly book those this is a third class stay as far as my experience.

Resort was taken over by other people. Happy with the new management. Really good at hospitality.

Good maintenance and with good staff received well and their hospitality is good. Near by Surya Lanka beach. Well maintained service
