It's a hopeless place. When I booked the room, they collected the money, but didn't tell me that it was under repair. When I reached, I couldn't locate the property. In spite of several calls, phone was not answered. Place was full of dust and cement. Few servants who were there did not speak any language other than their local one. Restaurant was dirty and food was bad. There's no place inside the property to even walk. NEVER GO TO THIS SO COLLED RESORT. YES, Ahmed was helpful and courteous.

Good resort to stay at Araku. We stayed for a night and the hotel management did not provide all the facilities we have booked for at first. We spoke to around 5 people to get a speaker even though we booked the rooms a month ago. Atlast we got speakers of very low sound. Overall good to stay and they have a restaurant which serves good quality hot food.
It's one of the most horrible places to have stayed in. 1. I booked a different room in a different resort and since that was full, they hooked me here. 2. The staff was unreasonably rude. 3. The room was stuffy and moist. 4. The bedsheets were stained and not washed property. 5. The staff had no regard for my privacy and kept on knocking the door was unnecessary things inspite of telling them not to disturb.
Extremely dissatisfied with the facilities and the service provided. First of all the front desk did not give us anything we requested like an electric kettle even though it was available with them. Only while checking out did we come to know that there was wi-fi and they never bothered to tell us the password. The rooms were dingy and no views of the valley from any of the rooms. On top of that there was construction going on which caused great disturbance to our sleep. The food is pathetic and in spite of repeated requests to make the food without chillies since we had a baby, they served food straight out of hell. The worst part is that they arranged camp fire for a group of people right in front of our room and they kept playing loud music late into the night and they didn't even allow the other guests to join. Worth 0 stars if I could give it
Awesome hotel with nice ambient rooms. The staff are very helpful and food is really good. Owner Mr.Surya is very helpful and responsive. Really had a pleasant and promising stay. Love this place
Rooms are cleanly maintained but high prices during the weekends.. Facilities are good and the coffee from their canteen is awesome.. The area opposite to the resort is awwwwwsswwwewee space, we can spend our maximum time there and can take number of pictures.. Food is little worst
Rooms are clean and tidy, resort has only small parking lot. Caretaker is careless person and won't respond properly. Card payment is not available. There is camp fire option available only for one group.
Located at the outskirts of Araku Valley. Restaurant wasn't functioning. No card payment facility. Towels provided were of very old kind and dirty. TV wasn't working for most of the times. With all these low level comforts, they call it a 3star hotel and charge 3000/per night.
