Valley Springs Resorts

Compared to other stays, this is a good one for a short stay. Unfortunately we didn't get any service when we visited. Location view is between the paddy fields. Beware of insects.

The Location of the resort is cool, surrounded by mountains. A little bit unplanned staff. They don't know what they are doing. Owners are cool but the staffing hasn't been done nicely. Food was tasty but it was served ice cold. Zomato doesn't work here. It's still a new resort it'll need some time to fully function. But anyway 5 stars to the spacious rooms, very clean.

Nice place and well maintained. Location is into the valley before the approach road of Madakasira view point. It has a Cell Tower as Land Mark and 500 mts from the main road and is off road. The view is superb with lots mist due the open land. I strongly recommend this as it has best scenic beauty and all the ameneties are available.

I would give them negative rating if that option would have been available. It's not at all fit for a happy stay. Do not get fooled by good reviews online. We stayed for one night and the moment we set our foot on the place we wanted to get the hell out of there. Very unprofessional staff. Not at all well maintained. One person is manging reception managing food and managing all of them. Worst part is you will get power cut experience if you had not had it before. After asking 100 times they did not offer us a towel. Forget about other stuff. They don't have handwash available in the toilet. It was a horrible experience for us. I request all who are willing to book a room here please refrain from doing so. It's the worst...... The staff with a cap is either deaf or dumb. He just doesn't listen . They should charge 500 per room if they r giving such facilities. AVOID

Excellent location and rooms. Food is ok. But experience gets spoiled by poor service due to shortage of staff.

lot of looting by hotel, rooms are ok but Everything is overpriced, not even spending that much for this waste rooms.. worst won't recommend

Rooms are very clean and view from room is awesome ,My family of 12 members went for 2 nights 11oct to 13 oct we really enjoyed alot at campfire, even its a tribal area , there is power cut but they immediately switched on the generator power backup in 5 minutes , breakfast is also very good with dosa and idly .
