THE ROYAL RESORT & RESTAURANT

It was an awesome experience to me and for my family .We are 5 family members stayed happily there is no single bit of inconvenience. Rooms were too clean including washrooms. Working persons are very helpful . Food is ultimate and actually it tastes like home food , fresh and tasty. Owner was down to earth person and supports the guests in every aspect. I stayed with kids below 10 years no single difficult thing is not found. I 100% refer everyone to go and happily enjoy the vacation . I can bet u can't get better than this in that locality .mainly in that circumstance they are providing everything without compromising . Thanks toRRR

I had a fantastic stay at this resort! The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the variety of delicious food at the restaurant and the well-organized recreational activities.

One of the best resort that you can be in araku.. it has mesmerizing view of the valley thats just behind the resort. The accessibility to this resort it a bit tricky and unpaved but the resort is located at such a spot that the view from the rooms are just wow.. food that you need in the resort has to ordered ahead as they some times lack all the ingredients..but trust me 5 stars for the food... homemade style and very delicious..book rooms ahead.. just look at the photos .. one thing is that they dont have all the facilities. Torn and unwashed clothes or bedsheets etc..

Loved the location but on peak days it's not worth to pay double to book it as the rooms are still what they are worth. In my room there were spider, crickets and a lizard and other room we booked had other issues. All this can be easily fixed but need attention. Road to the resort is unpaved and single car road, so if you have cars coming towards you from other side be ready to back it up, also don't take a sedan without the risk of scratching the bottom Service was very very helpful so they get points for that and location is just awesome

Lovely location in the Ananthagiri hills of the Eastern Ghat. The rooms are arranged in blocks of two each with its own private sitting area with lovely views of the valley below. But that is where everything good about this place ends. The management is dysfunctional, don't understand anything but Telugu. Checkin was a joke as the guy didn't appear to know what he was doing. Of the two rooms given to us (101 and 102), 101 had dirty stained sheets and a used towel left in the room. We asked to change the sheets and were then given one that was torn. Finally we got good sheets - but the chap just left the dirty sheets piled up on the floor!! Food - asked for dinner at 7PM and when we turned up in the dining hall, were told this will now be 7:30pm. The rooms are large but furnished in a very basic manner, and could do with serious upkeep and tidying up to attract family visitors than the amorous couples and drinking crowd we encountered here. The management seriously needs to sort these issues if they wish to attract a better clientele. If it were not for the views and the remoteness of it all, the rating would have been the lowest with a strong recommendation to avoid.

Grand night sky view, perfect place to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. For trek enthusiasts, a valley to trek down and up, take bath in the flowing water at the valley bottom. For pet lovers, quite a few variety of the pets in the resort, the best resort among others around there

Lovely location with rooms all having a view of a verdant valley below. Adds to a sense of calmness. This is where the positives end.||- the place is beyond dysfunctional, check in was a shambles and the guy at the reception didn't speak anything but Telugu. |- we were given two rooms (that we had requested). One of them had dirty sheets on the bed and used towels on the floor. Asked to change the sheets and the guy obliged but left the dirty sheets behind in the room.|- we asked for dinner for 7PM and when we turned up were told this would be 7:30PM instead||The rooms are large and spacious but in urgent need to maintenance. There is dirt on the floors, and a nasty smell about the rooms. Furniture is basic plastic but can be made better with more investment.||If it weren't for the setting, this place would have revived the lowest possible rating. Unlsss the management do something about this place, I'm afraid I'm going to recommend avoiding this place.

We booked the entire resort. The price is high, but there's no swimming pool, a small garden, and dirty bedsheets. The worst food. Someone in our group got a stomach upset. Chittimuthyalu biryani & Chicken curry, Dirty water in the bathroom, The smell in the room is unpleasant. There is an additional cost for adding a campfire and music speaker
