Volety Grand

We have stayed there for a night .it is on the highway of chenai. Kolkata.previously we stayed there twice.but now it is seen that ,they gave the room without cleaning ,and without removing the towels etc of the previous party.also there is no system of intercom or bell system.for any thing we have to go ground floor and search for a reception or a boy.one pure vegetarian hotel in the ground floor,the food is tasty and service is also nice.I think after seeing this the owner will rectify the defects.the boy in reception will receive immediately after arrival.then we didn't find him.

This place was great in servicing where we ordered some tea and coffee. The place had ample space for parking large vehicles and had a good space for having fun. Volety Grand had a restaurant with a good seating arrangement. The tea and the coffee was great. In conclusion the place is good in terms of food and for an overnight stay.

I am giving a 4 stars to Volety Grand exclusively Mr Shastri Volety for his warm reception and looking after his guests. He was well complimented by his Manager. The room allotted was the only one available, which was small and bare minimum facilities. The dinner provided was very well prepared and at short notice. The hotel has an excellent location as it was absolutely adjacent to NH 16.

Just like home made food and their service is also very very good and genuine. Mother and son works there and mother food cooking and sons receiving, service is very nice. Very very nice people and I think it's purely veg hotel and we took veg meals with reasonable cost. I haven't took any room for staying so not able to give rating for lodging but definitely I can say it will be nice I hope.

Food is decent. Service is poor and not sufficient for handling many people at a time, which is prerequisite for places where buses stop for dinner.

A well-maintained hotel with great rooms and excellent service. The food at the restaurant was also very good but it came with a cost. The hotel is located outside of the town but very spacious and pleasant area with paddy fields in the backyard. I felt price was liltle high based on the location, might be we visited at peak season. Special mention to Veera, he was polite and manages everything at hotel and the restaurant. He made us our stay comfortable.
