Shreyas Grand Luxury Rooms

Very good room maintenance and nice customer service with complementary breakfast. We stayed two days and felt very happy. The only unfortunate thing is we searched our lunch and dinner outside the hotel because Shreyas grand hotel maintaing both veg and non veg combined.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received from your hotel regarding my recent booking. On "26th April", I contacted your hotel via phone to check the availability of rooms for "15th May". After receiving a confirmation from your staff that rooms were available, I proceeded to confirm my reservation by "paying 60%" of the total amount as advance. This booking was made nearly "20 days" in advance, giving ample time for planning and coordination from both sides. However, to my shock, I received a call on 10th May just five days before the intended stay informing me that my reservation had been cancelled due to a so-called 'technical issue'. When I sought more details, I was informed that there had been a short circuit, and the air conditioning unit was under repair, with a technician required to travel from Bangalore to resolve the issue. Given the short notice and the vagueness of the explanation, I was understandably concerned. To verify the situation, I requested one of my representatives to visit your property in person. During that visit, it became evident that the majority of your rooms were already booked for a "bulk reservation" for the same date. It was clear that the reason for canceling my reservation was not a genuine technical problem, but rather an attempt to reallocate pre-booked rooms to accommodate a larger group booking. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. Your actions reflect "poor business ethics" and a complete lack of respect for individual customers who plan and book well in advance, trusting in the reliability of your service. Prioritizing bulk or last-minute high-value bookings by arbitrarily cancelling confirmed reservations is not only unprofessional, but it also shows blatant disregard for guest trust and satisfaction. I had made this booking with confidence based on your confirmation and had organized travel plans around it. The last-minute cancellation caused unnecessary stress, disruption, and inconvenience, not to mention the time and effort required to find alternative accommodations on short notice. I urge you to review your internal policies and commitment to customer service, especially when it comes to honoring confirmed reservations. Hotels thrive not just on large bookings but also on the loyalty and trust of individual guests. Unfortunately, this experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I will have to seriously reconsider recommending or booking your property in the future. I hope you take this feedback in the spirit of constructive criticism and address the issue internally so that no other customer has to go through a similar experience.

Rooms are fresh and clean. Service is generally good, only drawback is they don't have coffee in late evenings. Staff is polite and good at service. They also arranged cab for us (paid) for Mantralayam. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The staffs were really professional and nice. Rooms are spacious with ample amenities. Overall perfect and cannot recommnd it enough.

Good hotel. Well maintained.. be carefully.. while negotiate the room prices. They will ask GST amount for bill.. which extra on fixed price..

Ambience is good. Management is good. Receptionist's and hotel staff are so friendly. Food is exllcellant. I have stayed in this hotel for 12 days, everything is fine apart from the room service. Overall it was a Grand hotel with Grand prices. Thank you Shreyas Grand

We had a random stay at Shreya's grand hotel the service was exceptional and the rooms were clean and hygiene they have in house restaurant (Taste of pulaos) food was delicious overall satisfied with the stay. Good job management.Recommended.
