Hotel Masineni Grand

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! While it's a 3-star hotel, the service and hospitality felt like 5 stars. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making me feel right at home. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect--close to key attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with fresh options to start the day. For the price, this hotel offers fantastic value. If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service without breaking the bank, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!

Good place to stay in Anantapuram. Spacious and clean rooms. Well maintained. Close to main road and market. Has good restaurant. Food is lilttle spicy as Rayalaseema is known for.

Spent a lot of time trying to book a room. Based on Google ad and number provided (and the rate on the Ad) called the hotel and tried to book a room. The hotel guys said they will honor the rate if a screenshot is provided via WhatsApp. I provided the screenshot but it was not honored. They then asked me just to book online. Why did I have to send a screenshot if they were not going to honor it? Heres where the Tripadvisor.in comes in. When I click the link this hotel does not show up but some other random hotels show up. These are both unfair click bait crap that the hotel being associated and not honoring the screenshot or tripadvisor not honoring the rate. Both are deceptive practices.

Biggest problem is parking. We had a stay for night. Rooms are good and breakfast is excellywith lot of varieties. Exceeded my expectations in Ananthapur. This is one of the best hotel to stay with family. We had prior reservation and check in accepted late night. Rooms are spacious with all basic requirements. Overy stay is good without any hassle.

Location is obviously in cramped Anantapur but that isn't discrediting the fact that this hotel had the best facilities I've seen so far in India. It's spacious, luxurious and relaxing. Relatively cheap and very comfortable for the price. The food is amazing and the venue itself is spot on.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Made me wait for more than 1.5 hours, with multiple visits from my room to the reception and that too when the order came was half cooked and completely wrong order altogether!!! None of the numbers mentioned work... Neither the Reception nor the Front Desk nor Room Service!!! DEFINITELY a COMPLETE NO-NO for travellers !!!

rooms were spacious and clean but parking big suvs is a bit of hassle and takes a while.

Worst experience ever !! Overly priced for stay !! Food has hair... breakfast was complimentary..along with cockraches.. rooms have central ac !! No remote to manage the temperature. Rude staff and high attitude. Cold food was served for breakfast!!! Just good thing is the dosa !!
