Ashoka Lodge

We had booked different hotel online,but unfortunately it got cancelled and they found us this place to stay. We stayed here for two nights. Room was good but toilet was too bad. Is not maintained well. Rooms are available at a affordable price. Located near clock tower and market.

Lodge is near a market . Little congested Difficult to park vehicle.. couple of vehicles could park in the road side. Room was spacious. Washroom seemed clean. Hot water available in the morning . Bed and sheets seemed to be fine. AC ,fan and TV available. Payments might defer based on option choosen Was budget friendly . Can be booked online. Lodge is upstairs. Downstairs there was a godown for some electronic items

They provide the worst room for online booking costumers. The room given to us is attched to drainage channel and it was stinking . Hotel managememt is least responsible for customer issues. Very commercial. Thiugh many rooms are available they gave this room which is attached to drainage channel. All through the stay we had to struggle with mosquitos and stinky smell n untidy room. They dont even come to clean the room. We checked in at 8:00PM and in the next mornings at 9:00AM we were asked to check out as for online booking the standard time is 9 AM to 9 AM. We had to struggle with the baby in that worst hotel room.

It's a low budget stay, apart from the Aminities inside the location of hotel is insane. It's very hard Someone to find it out even if you are on the main road. Inside the hOtel is not preferable for the one's who want a clean room. I saw 3 rooms all are not in good condition. Don't ask me about the Washrooms it's a misery....

We stayed here on 19 july 2019 due to our train wainganga SF express was delayed for 8 hours at Anantpur they cost 1500 rupee for 2 non A/C room gave accommodation to 5 peoples staff is familar price as subjected for 24 hours we checked at 7 in morning and checkout at 10 in next morning but we have time upto 7 PM to stay overall its good hotel nearly 1 KM away from railway station and many restorants and shopping malls

Budget friendly and located at good commercial centre. Easily accessible from tower clock. Even though A/c rooms too are not that decent, better to prefer A/c rooms than non A/c as they're clumsy

It is really a lodge, if want to go for lodge it better. After booking AC room also they giving non AC. After gone to room I asked him why do you given non AC? manager saying can't you adjust? Very bad experience at ananthapur.

Lodge is decent. Solar heater for water doesn't work. Poor parking space or no space for cars.
