Sun Castle Hotel

Me and my brother shared a room at Hotel Sun Castle Last month the room are aesthetically good but have there now problem however the service provide by the hotel management was very poor they were not responsive nor were even interested in assisting in any way, no water bottle were provided nor a proper way to fill drinking water and there were cockroaches and lizard in the room expect for the 2 or 3 room service fellow rest everyone is there just for the sake of timepass gotta say one the worst management to come across.....!

Nice food And good serving Washroom very cleaning

The hotel is very conveniently located in the main road itself.The room "Classic Room" is spacious and comes with option for 2 individual beds or one king size bed. This was good enough for family of 4 with young kids with one additional mattress. Room and the toilet were neat and clear and comes with A/C and fan. Bathroom has geyser but perhaps needs a check of its efficiency. The hotel has restaurant attached and room service as well. Food was testy and decently priced. Overall was happy with my choice of hotel for the stopover.

Booked rooms here hoping that it's recently opened new hotel and nothing can go wrong with the rooms .to my shock, had worst experience at this hotel. The room doesn't lock properly, the elevator doesn't work, few times we got stuck in the elevator also. The staff are not well trained, they don't know how to talk to guests, no courtesy at all, they answer rudely. There rooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors, so be prepared to climb the stairs, the elevator is of no use. For all the trouble we had at this hotel they didn't even apologize or offer any discount on the room charge. Avoid this place at any cost. You can find better hotels for lesser of same price.

Stayed in suit room, no breakfast Only two types of breakfast buffet available for the charged high cost. Only idli n Puri available. Not even dosa. Very disappointed by the service they provided for suit room customers.

Worst hotel ... no value to coustomer...gives value to apperance and outlook...they serve food only to rich looking one... Discrimination nature hotel... People with self respect don't visit this worst hotel

Soup was good, apollo fish is quite fresh and good but the price of the starter is too high with less quantity. Don't buy beverages there. They charge high for cool drinks. This should be addressed to high level officers bcz MRP itself max retail price but in this sin castle 40/- drink of MRP they are charging 50/- which is almost 25% more than MRP. I felt so bad, not that I can't pay but the way they r dng their business is too bad .

I stayed for 3 nights, room service is great,rooms were very neat, they have their own restaurant. Food is good too
