Even though you booked room in advance they won't arrange anything & poor maintenance. I booked AC room cost of 1200/= inside too much cockroach & mosquitos. Bathroom same like sulab complex. You can't take any picture also inside & outside of residency. That much of worst service.

1 :- The rooms were not cleaned properly. 2:- The toilet flush was not working . I really recommend that everyone not take a room here..

Very small rooms.. No ventilation at all.. Not even a ceiling fan in a non-ac room. AC rooms are always full.. Most ill mannered staff.. They demand money.. When u don't oblige.. U will be harassed as if they had let u stay there for free.. Recommend to avoid it

Hot water, phone, room service not available accept location nothing matches Price also very higher side Better avoid..

Staff were good. Rooms were OK for the price charged...Toilets can be better

Worst bad high price worst rooms

Have been there recently. Services are not bad. It's better than all the places i have visited in Anakapalli.

Price is too high for the facilities what they provide. Blankets and pillows are not changed even after asking.
