Hotel Preethi Residency

No proper response from hotel staff. Rooms are below standard. Getting bad smell and no ventilation in rooms. Rating is 1 out of 5. See dust over window.curtains. it seems they washed 5 years back.

Please don't stay in this hotel in any situation. don't look at it as a hotel

Worst service ,worst maintenance,worst workers .if we complant any issues they talk about their background and they shows politics in hotel .don't take rooms

The residency looks excellent from outside but inside maintenance is not that good AC rooms are available but they will not provide extra beds when requested There is no provision for hot water in the rooms The extension number and the phone not working in our room and when asked they simply said it will not work Locality is prime..but experience is average I dont know about room costs as we have boarded there for a wedding.

Old and popular hotel in amalapuram. It can be well known as a land mark for amalapuram area Old hotel but meets the expectations. Window ac only available but good maintenance and customer friendly staff. Parking for cars also available here Prices are reasonable.. For meeting function hall facility is also available..

It is very dirty hotel with cockroaches and bad smell in rooms. don't go there.
