Centralised AC is a huge disappointment for senior citizens,taking atleast 2 hours to cool the room.Additional fans needed on request .Also room service is completely unavailable and walking a 100 ft for morning coffee is ridiculous. Please improve these aspects to maintain your star rating....

I stayed here four days and three nights, it was unexpected to find a such a beautiful hotel with amazing facilities,food , Room , services are really appreciative. Staff are very cooperative whether Room service or food Service their master chef Mr Nagraj also very good person , include our request always for our taste. Sanjay

Kamlesh soni The hospitality was good . The food was delicious . The waitresses santoshini and hamsa were humble enough all through the dinner . The surroundings were quite calm and comforting .

This wonderful restaurant is located very close to nature.. Coming to food....missing a little bit of spicy food here....Ice creams and other chats are okay but should be spicy because we Andhra people like and prefer spicy food . It's great having such a beautiful and amazing hotel in our Adoni.

Not a good experience!!! We checked in around evening 6 PM, Flush in bathroom had problem, and hot water was not coming. They repaired it, but still the same issue in the morning, plumber came checked everything, and asked to leave the water from pipe to get hot water, they wasted around 1000 liter of water but still there was no hot water coming. The location of this property is good but there is lot of scope for improvement and maintenance wise.

Worst food. I had a chilli chicken fried rice, the taste was very bad and I ordered a curd rice, the rice was not steamed and curd was getting bad smell. I think they doesn't know how to make curd rice atleast. Don't waste your money for tasteless food here. Very bad experience with service also.

One of the worst food servicing experienced today in this non-veg restaurant. Good stop for the snacks and photo shoot not for lunch, dinner and too foodies. -->No sufficient plates to serve -->Need to self serve the food and other items -->bull shit fellow will be their for serving the food and himself take caring of order and billing and serving. -->Spent huge amount for the expenditure to wow looking and building infrastructure without good service and proper food. Not going to add in the bucket list of the foodies in future.

Captain Santoshini served well. Food was very good. I didn't expected this high class hotel in my home town. I'm thrilled and wish to visit again.
