Unprofessional staff, specially the lady at the reception who doesn't know how to speak with customers and how to treat them. She thinks of herself as the owner of the hotel. Rooms are not properly maintained and cleaned. Plumbing issue is always there in all the rooms and have to complain again and again for same issues. Staff is not available before 11:00 or 11:30 am to attend any issues, but they know how to take money from customers. Request to owner to please change the lady at the reception with big mouth and glasses or teach her some manners.

Front desk staff is very rude. Room provided without cleaning. Even cloth missed by guest has not removed. Bathroom not clean. TV not even in working condition.

Very bad experience we had on the way to Mantralaya we visited this place for lunch.... staff were very rude n unprofessional der were no proper rest rooms we had been with family as kids cannot hv full meals we requested for platemeals dey said for that kids shld hv in non AC as only full meals is served in AC, atrocious rules
