Zone Connect by The Park, Port Blair

Our stay at Zone Connect Port Blair was overall a pleasant experience. We booked two premium rooms, each featuring a small balcony that offered a lovely view of the lake. However, since our rooms were located on the first floor and higher-floor rooms were unavailable at check-in, the view was somewhat obstructed. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was commendable, contributing to a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. When it came to dining, the food tasted great, though the buffet breakfast lacked variety, which could be improved for a better experience. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the hospitality. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist, adding to the hotel's welcoming ambiance. Their helpfulness was especially evident when a poolside party with loud music continued until late in the evening. Given our first-floor location, the noise was quite noticeable. However, upon inquiring, the staff promptly arranged to stop the loud music, which was greatly appreciated and demonstrated their commitment to guest comfort. The only notable drawback was the location--the hotel is situated far from the city center, which might be inconvenient for easy access to local shops, restaurants etc. Despite minor inconveniences, our stay was enjoyable, and the serene surroundings made it a peaceful retreat.

The hotel is okay for short business trip stays. The highlight of the hotel is the souvenir shop! Everything was just okay however the staff here makes up for it. If you're looking for some quality service Ravi and Lama are the one you go to!! Always serving with a smile, always making sure we're comfortable and have everything we need, that does enhance the food.

His interaction with guests is warm and professional, and his product knowledge is commendable. It's clear that he has great potential in the service industry. Dinner at this restaurant was a delightful experience--exquisite flavors, beautifully presented dishes, and attentive service made the evening special. The cozy ambiance added to the charm. It was a Excellent Evening Day, Good Food with a Good Mood. Good Hospitality with Mr. LAMA, Mr. Kriti, Mr. Deepak.|I recommend everyone to visit once.

It was bit of uncomfortable. Mr. Ravi and Mr. Kriti make easy for me. He tried his best to make my experience better even I was not well they has taken good care. So for staff yes it was amazing heads- off, but for hotel not good one, may hotel was going under maintenance.

The hotel is exceptionally wonderful with a nice location and beautiful rooms. The staff here is very hospitable and friendly and the service is quick and pleasant. Got my room upgraded to premium twice without even asking for it. Food is amazing and they provide multiple options at their breakfast as well as food buffet. The manager is very good to talk to and he himself also makes sure you have a pleasant stay here. There was a complimentary pool party and i enjoyed a lot. Overall 11/10 experience. Would 100% recommend

We had an amazing stay at Zone Connect! The food was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options. The swimming pool was perfect for relaxation. But what truly made our stay special was the staff - friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We felt right at home. Highly recommend.
