We (family/pax of 10)had a wonderful experience at TSG Grand Hotel and would gladly rate it 5 stars! Their hospitality was exceptional, right from the moment we arrived. A special mention to the reception staff/interns Juspina and Dalia, whose warm and professional attitude made us feel truly welcome. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our stay. Also, kudos to Aditya, Samrat, and Debojit for their excellent service throughout our visit. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The food was delightful, with a variety of well-prepared dishes that showcased both taste and quality. Highly recommend TSG Grand for anyone seeking a comfortable and hospitable stay!

They had a very good service of food. Rooms were decent. Julee had been good in guiding us in dining floor. One issue is a large family/friends has been partying by shouting and banging doors etc till midnight and no one took responsibility to convey them to behave. This was the only disappointment in this trip.

Stayed at the TSG Grand Hotel for one night, and it has been a pleasure. The behavior of the staff has been wonderful. They even provided us with an upgraded room due to availability and were always ready to help whenever needed. Special mention to Aditya and Julee, who were incredibly helpful and also offered great suggestions for food options. Thank you so much! "This is not a forced review but a very honest one". Had a really nice experience staying at this hotel. If you are looking for a budget hotel close to the airport and city center this might be a good choice. The stay is nice, food is good but 5 starts just for one person at the front desk 'Dalia'. So humble and sweet doing a great job at the hotel.

The service was truly commendable prompt, courteous, and always with a smile. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. A special mention goes to the food every meal was a delight! The variety, quality, and flavors exceeded expectations. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything was served fresh and tasted amazing. Overall, TSG Grand delivered an outstanding experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Port Blair. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The hospitality was truly top-notch--everyone, especially the front desk staff, was incredibly polite and welcoming. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the airport, which made my travel so convenient. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

What struck me was the excellent hospitality, very prompt and courteous service, friendly front desk and excellent food. Even though the room size and the wash room size are quite small and the hotel location is far from the beach front, these are offset by the above mentioned positives. Keep up your good work!

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and ready to assist with anything. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful service from Jonas to ensure I had everything I needed. Jonas was always available with a smile to help out beyond what we expected... We loved the delicious buffet breakfast, dinner, lunch and room service as well. In there are so many varieteies and options of cuisines to eat here. I Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Andaman.
