TSG Emerald View Hotel & Spa

We stayed here for four night. We had very good experience. Room stay and food was excellent. The front desk people and other service stand were very humble and helpful. Though all front desk guys are very good want to mention one girl Sanjana. Hotel is centrally located with all amenities. Overall it is nice stay throughout and no complaints. Definitely will recommend to others and will like to come again. They deserve 5 rating out of 5.

The staff were very helpful. Sanjana at the reception was very supportive. The in house restaurant food was quite well prepared and tasty. Location is also convenient. Overall a good experience.

Terrible Odor and Suffocating Atmosphere - Avoid This Hotel My stay at this hotel was nothing short of miserable. The moment I entered the room, I was hit with a disgusting, unbearable odor that never went away. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned or aired out in ages. On top of that, the ventilation was practically nonexistent, making the atmosphere stifling and suffocating. Breathing felt like a challenge, and opening the windows didn't help at all. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep in such awful conditions. This level of neglect is unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide a comfortable stay. It's clear that hygiene and guest comfort are not a priority here. I would strongly advise others to stay far away unless management takes immediate action to fix these serious issues.

Good ambience & Location. spacious rooms. They have very good space for parking and good access to all the room from reception. Spacious reception. Varieties of breakfast were there and was delicious. Service by Sanjana was appreciable

We had an amazing stay at TSG Emerald in Port Blair. The food quality was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied our taste buds. The room quality was top-notch, especially the Deluxe Room, which was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We also had the same wonderful experience at their Havelock property, where the overall standard of service, food, and room quality was equally impressive. TSG properties have truly set a high benchmark for quality and service in the Andaman region, making them one of the best options for travelers. Highly recommended!
