The Port Vista

Great place for a vacation. The rooms are clean, and the hosts are great and accommodating. Also, they cook delicious food. A must recommend. We stayed there for four days.

I had booked this room on AIR BNB, and had a very good experience. There are two rooms which can accommodate 6 pax. We were given a two BHK flat on the first floor and liked the cleanliness and ambience. One can get a beautiful view of jetty and city from the terrace. The hosts are parents of Mr Manoj who took very good care of me and my family. We had very good homely food served by aunty which are relished..The dosas served will never be forgotten and the love and affection showered on us by this beautiful couple. Manoj guided us to one of the taxi driver who can be your saarthi in the Andamans. The rooms are great with aircondition and inverter as well totally recomended

I stayed one night in Port Vista with two friends on our way home from Havelock and Neil Islands and we absolutely loved this guesthouse! The room we had was spacious and extremenly clean. The beds are bigger than normal with good mattresses and quality sheets so good night sleep is guaranteed! There is a fast Wi-Fi in rooms (which is not common in India!). The owners of the place are friendly and helpful and it was nice to chat with them. There are great views from the hotel roottop over the bay. I wish I could have stayed longer!

We stayed here before and after our Havelock Islands trip. This B&B is situated 5 min from the ferry terminal, 5 min from the main shopping area and 10 min from the airport by car which makes very convenient. We stayed at the top floor which offer a fantastic port view from the balcony. The room is kept very clean and linens and towels offered were also very clean and fresh. As we left at 7am to catch our ferry on the 1st stay, we could not have breakfast, but on our 2nd visit, we were offered a choice of Indian or Western (ie: toast, omelette, tea/coffee) and the Western breakfast was satisfactory. The owner is a really nice person and sorted out our Indian Rupee by arranging taxi which took us to a money exchange as we arrived without Indian Rupee, thinking that we can get some at the Port Blair airport. Not only there is no money exchange at the airport, banks in the town were also already closed being on Sat afternoon, so we were so grateful for his help sorting out our money exchange issue. He also arranged with taxi to take us to a museum and took us back to the B&B after the money exchange. Upon request, they offer dinner at B&B and we enjoyed his mother's wonderful seafood on both stays. |

This property is located 5 mins from the Ferry port. The owners are fantastic and really accommodate you with anything. They recommended New Light House Restaurant and which has great seafood. We had the terrace to ourselves which provided a beautiful sea view. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having tea with the owner when we returned to Port Blair.

Thank you so much for our stay in february 2020! We came two times, before and after the trip to the islands. Both times it was so nice! We felt like visiting family members!||The room with terrace was beautiful! We got a very delicious breakfast there with an amazing view. Unfortunately we booked a wrong flight ticket to leave Port Blair, so our last morning turned into a panic goodbye without breakfast. Again, SORRY! And thank you so much for organizing a cab in seconds for us, and you even payed for it! Thank you so much! Best address to stay in Port Blair!

Best experience I've ever had. The homestay is kept very clean and tidy at all times. The rooms are big and totally worth the fare. The owners are very warm and friendly. The service was very fast. They were very responsive of every request i made. The food was of excellent quality. You get so many options for exotic seafood. my overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this to people travelling to Port Blair who love a homely experience far away from home.

A lovely balcony, a nice host, I had to get up early, I did not have breakfast. The host || gave me only cookies for the road .It was disappointingThe room is clean and the . location is excellent .I arrived there with a rickshaw driver named Mr. Gopal. A very kind man. Thanks to him, I got to know port Blair in such a short time At a fair price. His recommendations for restaurants and shops were also very good. Recommend to contact him.
