Terrible Experience, Avoid at All Costs! I had the worst experience at this restaurant. First off, the staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They seem completely disorganized and clueless about basic customer service. Not only did they give us spoiled food, but when we pointed it out, they were dismissive and didn't seem to care at all. On top of that, the room was uncomfortably warm when we arrived. It was obvious the AC was only turned on after we got there, leaving us to sit in an unpleasantly stuffy atmosphere for way too long. To top it all off, the behavior of the staff was just plain pathetic. No courtesy, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for customers. I can't believe I wasted my time and money here. Don't even bother visiting - it's a complete waste! And once you order it will so long to get prepare. Why we are visiting restaurants the, we order through online.

Visited with a group of five for just dinner, and despite having ample staff, the service was slow and disappointing. The food tasted average--not up to the mark--and the high prices didn't justify the quality, service, or overall vibe. To make matters worse, the AC wasn't turned on until we arrived, making it uncomfortably hot even in the AC room. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all.

My stay at THE EDEN was absolutely comfortable and memorable because of the staff they have. The staff is not only highly skilled and professional,they also have a high EQ. They all made me feel at home during my stay. Especially the chef Saurabh.he ensured that all my meals were as per my diet plan.he himself came to me to understand my food requirements as i was on a specific diet .that was the biggest plus point of the eden for me.i could manage to keep up with my routine and diet because i was provided everything i needed . I would highly recommend The Eden .

Highly recommended hotel amazing staff and food very clean and tidy very approachable for everything . Food is awesome and different order 05 types of Biriyani everything taste different and other food was also good

Hotel and room were good , but for the price they are charging(10k-15k per day) is way too much. We didn't got the breakfast buffet option in that.

Poor quality food....pathetic staffs....poor management.....if anyone want to waste your time and money can visit them...they wil serve you spoiled food...they are special in delivering spoiled chicken recipes.....and god the staffs had terrific experience with them.....

A very bad expect at the restaurant, we ordered food and had to wait for atleast 1hour and finally got the answer from the staff it's get delayed bcoz they had to server to the owners first which is not acceptable at all.Very very bad won't suggest anyone.
