Symphony Samudra Beachside Jungle Resort And Spa, Port Blair

We visited with family via the club Mahindra membership . The island is laid|Back as they should be and the holiday mood steps in as soon as you arrive. We had some dietary restrictions and Chef Bheem took good care of that part. All good items were very well done. The front desk was always helpful and ready with a smile. Central desk helped us with travel planning and taxi bookings. It rained during our stay and that uplifted the mood even more. Every evening 1930 to 2200 live music by Ramesh and band is a fantastic touch. The resort is surrounded by lush green trees and the pool adds a good touch. We used the spa Services and it was good . Rooms reasonably clean and tidy. Amenities provided.

We had a truly wonderful experience during our stay. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was carefully prepared and full of flavor, making each meal memorable. The overall ambiance of the property was warm and inviting, which made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.||A special thanks to Mr. Subankar, who served us at the restaurant. His attentive and courteous service made a real difference to our dining experience. He took great care of us throughout the evening, offering thoughtful suggestions and ensuring that everything we needed was promptly attended to. Thanks to his efforts, our dinner turned out to be amazing and truly special.

The resort is nice. The staff is very friendly and provide good service. This resort is nestled nicely in a jungle and hence it's natural to be in the midst of different sounds and noises made by the creatures all around. We did enjoy it but we could not do it at the cost of our sleep though. The frogs all around the water stream by the studio rooms at the ground level were croaking all through the 3 nights we stayed and was quite a disturbance. I would recommend that the resort management look into possibilities of insulating the rooms better so the guests can sleep peacefully inside the rooms while they can enjoy the beauty / charm outside. Other than this, it was a great experience at the resort.

The food quality and menu was not up to the mark. The taste need to improve. Swimming pool was closed, so the kids could not make fun. All the amenities were also closed like fountains. The smell of stagnant water was all around. Overall experience was not good. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at Symphony Samudra Beachside Jungle Resort was amazing! The staff was so kind and always ready to help. The room was big, super clean, and very cozy. The food was delicious with lots of great choices. The pool and spa made the stay even better. The location was perfect for exploring. I would love to stay here again!

Peaceful Escape - Where Jungle Meets the Sea!||Our stay at Symphony Samudra Beachside Jungle Resort was truly refreshing. The unique setting - nestled between the jungle and the beach - created a peaceful and scenic vibe that's perfect for a relaxed getaway.||The rooms were comfortable and surrounded by greenery, and the infinity pool overlooking the forest and ocean was a highlight. The food was excellent, especially the seafood, and the overall dining experience was lovely.||A big thank you to Mr. Shubankar for his warm hospitality and helpful nature - he made our stay even more special with his thoughtful service.

The staff is extremely helpful and courteous and always ready to meet my requests with a smile. Special thank you to Shubhankar for all his help at the restaurant. Chef Bhim made delicious food for us and the variety of food was great. I would highly recommend this restaurant and this hotel to everyone visiting Andaman's and Nicobar islands.|Thank you.

We had the worst experience arriving, I suppose because we entered in a tuk tuk looking a little homeless from all the travel. They asked if we had a booking first thing. Then gave us the worst room with a parking lot view 3 floors up with no lift but ramp walking. When we insisted our booking said lakeview, the reception guy replied if I can send him the booking screenshot that says lakeview.|Then he went on to say this is a basic room booking and still only says partial lakeview, agreed to change room and sent us to a room that smelled extremely bad.|Finally changed to another room that didnt smell. |This whole thing wasted an hour or more and we missed the sunset we actually came for.|The service is not at all at the standard of a 5-star, neither is the food.|There isn't really any lake but an artificial drain kind of system maybe they call lake.|When we said we were not happy and will complain about the reception guys behavior he came up with a proposal saying we can give you free dinner with a sheepish smile and no regret for his behavior whatsoever.|We didn't want any free food, we were just looking for an apology for bad behavior.|The property is pretty but nothing worth of a 5 star rating. Everything other than the body lotion in washroom is substandard. |The breakfast was the most basic one can offer at a property like this.|Hope they can improve first of all on their etiquettes and everything else later.|This was the worst property I stayed at in Andaman.|Megapode on the contrary has the most humble and welcoming staff and beautiful view. They may not boast a 5-star rating or the best food but the service is top and the sea view is unmatched.
