I would even have given a negative rating if I had an option. I booked this hotel on oyo but when I reached the hotel, the person working there told me they are not tied up with oyo so I had to spend 300 to go there and another 300 to go back into the city. I asked him the cost of the room and he told me 2500 per night, the owner is really rude he did not even have the decency to talk to me and explain the situation, they were very rude and the worst problem is there is no internet connection in portblair, so not possible to do any other booking on oyo. The hotel is nowhere near the city it is in the outskirts so whatever you have saved on the hotel charges, you would have to spend on the commute. They don't have proper phone number to contact also. The place is also very dirty and is located in slums do not book this hotel. And another thing to the owner if you have no relationship with oyo remove the listing and don't cheat customers. And to oyo please remove all your hotels from Andaman from your listing because none of them accept your bookings. Same thing happened to me in havelock. P. S: Do not book hotels on oyo for your Andaman trip, you can directly go there and speak to taxiwala and tell them your budget they will take you to a hotel that is near to city. The internet connection is pathetic so please take care of your bookings beforehand.

Zero star for the.NEVER go to this hotel. Worst experience ever. They spoiled our nice trip. The worst among all is the Manager there. He is the most rude person I've ever met. He doesn't have decency to talk to customers. He should just get out of this hotel business .If You have any problem in hotel, he'll blame you only and not listen to you. The rooms were horrible. There are so many broken stuffs placed around everywhere and when asked to keep it aside somewhere, he started screaming at customers that he wouldn't. Usually morning tea is complimentary but they would charge you that too. They don't provide wifi and the phones in the rooms are all dead.There are lizards everywhere,Ac seems like it can break down anytime.Everything is dusty. Washrooms are in really horrible condition and they wouldn't do anything about anything. So if you want nice trip,Don't stay in this hotel.

Very poor homestay with no hospitality. I giving one star as that is minimum.never stay here. First day no AC .second & third day cockroaches in room,last day no complimentary breakfast given.they never clean the room. Only 4 bread slices in complimentary breakfast.location very far from city.was asking more money even though I paid in make my trip Don't think it's resort but it's house with few rooms.

Third class 1. No wifi 2. Thirs class food. 3. Food is too much oily. 4. staff is unprofessional. 5. Staff sleeps in night anywhere. 6. Hotel almost empty only few guests comes so its look like horrible. 7. Ac not working properly in rooms, hotel staff will looks like they are helping but actually they ll make you fool. 8. wifi service is only for hotel staff.for customer net will not work. UFFFF ** very bad experience *** Unprofessional

Worst experience ever. They made us wait for 3 hours and still didn't provide us eh the check in. Me along with my family had to wait on the road and they kept providing different excuses. The owner and the manager is a total mess, he will not take your call and even if you show up at the property he will state that he is in some sort of fight with oyo so will not give you a check in. He is the most rude person I've ever met. He doesn't have decency to talk to customers, and specially women. I am going to lodge a complain against him. Keep away from this place!

Place is good. But there is booking problem between OYO & hotel management. OYO hasn't paid the hotel, so they refuse to give rooms even if one has confirmed OYO booking. There is no internet, so its difficult to co-ordinate with OYO.

Rooms were full of mosquitoes. Staff was too rude and didnt respond to requests. Bathroom door had a door knob missing. Breakfast was too oily. When asked for a piece of bread they asked us to pay Rs.25/piece Worst place to stay in port blair.
