Lalbagh Ecofriendly Resort

Date:17/05/2025 The reason I gave one star is because of the food and service. First of all, the waiter got our order wrong. We asked for one soup, but he brought two. I specifically ordered Honey Chilli Potato without onions and garlic, but it was served with both. When I pointed it out, they took the dish back. About five minutes later, the waiter returned with another plate, claiming it was now made without onions and garlic. However, as I started eating, I discovered onions again. At that point, I was extremely upset. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when dietary preferences or restrictions are clearly communicated.

Affordable budget friendly hotel with value for money accommodation.

Rooms are good. But zero service. There is only 1 staff for 40+ rooms.

The Lalbagh Resort is a must visit place. It has a big space for wedding functions. Good rooms and nice service.

We stayed there from 27 Dec to 1Jan 2018. The stay was comfortable. Our room has AC gresar and filter water machine.The staff and the owner are very nice people. They guideded us the tour and arranged everything on our behalf. They have kitchen facility. It is very convenient for big troops to stay near portblair at pathar gudda that is around 4 km away from airport and you have bathubasti market within 0.5 KM from the stay from there u can bring any essentials. If I visit Andaman again I will stay there for sure.

The most exciting part is the workers of this hotel. Their behaviour touched my heart. Eco friendly resort it is , well decorated. Overall it's a nice beautiful resort.

Worst hotel of portblair. I stayed with my family and there were worst experience from dirty bed to mattress and pond water used for bathing nd no proper water heater to drinking water. I will never recommend this place to anyone.. please never ever visit this hotel and also the owners were cunning has in money minded.

I stayed here for 2 days and I faced few things which wasn't proper. The rooms were not properly hygienic, mosquitoes at night and the management staff is less to serve more than 30 rooms in building which becomes a load of work on each one of them. Although it was okay expierence but not as expected at price paid.
