It's a very good hotel to stay with family. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The vegetarian food from the restaurant was very good. They also provided cab service at market prices which was great. Location is also nearby to all major attractions in Sri Vijayapuram/ Port Blair. Rooms are neat and spacious. Room service was very prompt. Overall a very good experience at this hotel.

This property is highly recommended for families. They arrange free pickup and drop-off from the hotel to the airport. For ferry drop-offs, they charge a nominal rate. On request, they also arranged a two-wheeler, and the booking process was hassle-free. Also, if you are a vegetarian, this hotel is a delight as they offer good vegetarian food. The main market and Central Jain are within a 10-15 minute distance from this place. Of course, you need a two-wheeler for convenient travel. Regarding the rooms, we booked the deluxe room, which was spacious, neat, and clean. I would rate this hotel 5/5.

Nice hotel, lovely and spacious rooms, very professional and cooperative staff . Booked this hotel through GOIBIBO for one day and extended it for one more day..... As I visited without any holiday package so I highly recommend this hotel for those who r planning to go without a package.... Hotel staff provided scooty at the hotel itself for 600/day ( same price everywhere in Port Blair and Havelock)......free and timely pickup and drop upto airport.

The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and luxury. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, from the well-stocked minibar to the plush towels and premium toiletries in the bathroom. The staff was the true highlight of my stay. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was room service, housekeeping, or front desk support, every interaction was handled with professionalism and warmth. Overall, Serene Palace Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff's behaviour is very bad. Also, don't rely on their airport pickup. At the time of booking they'll claim free airport pickup but they'll never pick the call for pickup details. Later they'll say that the number provided is not with them. Overall very bad service. Prefer some other better hotels nearby. There are plenty in this area.

We recently had a very pleasant stay at hotel serene palace . Front desk staff , room service , housekeeping, restaurant staff everyone are very helpful ,kind, welcoming and assisted our queries with smile . Rooms of the hotel are very clean and spacious. Hotel is at center place in Port Blair . Locations like Airport , market place , cellular jail everything is at 10-15 minutes distance. We stayed at this hotel for 4 days and did not had any complaints . Bincy madam provided us with great package for Andaman accompanied by good & knowledgeable driver guides like Mustak . We really had great stay and experience. I highly appreciate all the staff members and services they gave us.Will like to visit again .

Really a great wonderful and most pleasant experience. Rooms are sooo neat and clean. Food is excellent. All staff are dedicated.and doing most courteous service. Pick and drop from and to.Airport is free. Breakfast is complimentary. I will strongly recommend this hotel for my friends and relatives..
