Hotel Sea Port

First impression is the last impression. I got the same amenities and facilities whatever I was asked and the services provided by hotel staff was awesome, excellent. Whatever u need just call n in next 1 minute the required stuff/thing available. Rooms were very spacious n hygienic and very well maintained. Staff was very polite. The breakfast was also delicious and provided on time which is very best thing. Whatever u need in breakfast I just tell to staff he will try his best to get the things got 4 u. This was my and my friend's personal experience with family and on the basis of experience the hotel is likely to be recommended.

Title: Terrible Stay - Spoiled Vacation and Disappointing Pool Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was an awful experience. The hotel did not meet the expectations as advertised, Restaurant - the food quality was poor and they do not keep a buffet in breakfast. Room's light - The room was quite dim and not enough artificial lighting. In the evening it was hard to see clearly. The swimming pool was in a terrible state--dirty, poorly maintained, and nowhere near the relaxing spot I had hoped for. It was far from the advertised photos and was unusable during my stay. The pool was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, so you can imagine how much it ruined my vacation especially my kid was very sad and disappointed. Worst part of the whole experience was that the front desk staff was very very rude and when we asked her name, she said she does have any name. She works with Sulata the supervisor, Sulata was very professional. Infact we tried to connect with the manager jenny but she switched off phone never called back. Overall, the service was disappointing, and the amenities were not what I was promised. This trip was a complete letdown, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay or a relaxing getaway.

Hotel is good, staffs are polite and friendly, room is nice & spacious but small ventilation is required for fresh air circulation, food is awesome, swimming pool is clean but needs a bigger one. A nice place to stay for a day or two

My stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The establishment failed to provide crucial amenities as advertised. There was no functional WiFi, and the air conditioning units in both Room 201 and Room 205 were substandard and barely operational. Despite staying for three days and switching rooms, the issues persisted. Additionally, the refrigerators were non-functional, and the toiletries provided were of poor quality, with some entirely unavailable. The pricing was unreasonable, especially considering the lack of basic comforts. I stayed here as part of a travel package, but overall, my experience was extremely unsatisfactory.

Rooms are very compact. No table , no chair. Exhaust missing in bathroom. Washbasin around area is small. TV , they disconnect purposely. People who stays in the room will have to sleep only. Probably bedbugs ate there. Be cautious. Breakfast has limited items. Those who are interested for availability of bar would like it. I would not recommend for any group visiting PortBlair.

Lodges in Andaman are saying 3 star 4 star... but actually they are actually single or normal. And restaurant not maintained hygiene. Pool is just for show and attract bookings. But no in working condition since long. Hospitality is a basic.

Very well maintained. Staff are very humble. Food was awesome.you can have your drinks also with the swimming pool.

Just loved the warmth and hospitality of the hotel. The staff is very well behaved . Only suggestion will be to fix the bathroom plumbing fixtures as they tend to leak a lot.
