Hotel O A G Residency & Son

Great location,great staff.the room was clean with great decoration, comfortable king bed, spacious room..Bathroom was very clean.Food was very good and reasonable..

Good hotel, good location and good service. Rooms are spacious and neat and clean. Bathroom is too small and the toiletries are not well. Drainage system in the bathroom is not functioning properly and water is logged in the bathroom when in use. There are so many electric plug points in different places but the most of them are not functioning properly. All others are more or less good and well. Staffs are courteous and cooperative and service is slow but good. Foods in the restaurant are much spicy. Both at the time of lunch and dinner they did same mistake by giving less item and less food and we have to wait for sometime in the middle to get the food which was ordered long before. But overall it is a good hotel with moderate charges.

It is one the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. The lift does not work. We were not given rooms on time. The reception people are very uncordial. The location is very far from the heart of the city. The staff attitude is too much and they do not cooperate at all

Nice room. Clean and the food is also very good. But should have a free Wi-Fi for customers.

Rooms are not safe and tidy. Foods charged high. Three idli one tea charged RS.75/-

Rooms are not so good,,,they did not provide any WiFi connectivity..but staffs are good
