Hotel Blue Mmarlin

I was quite sceptical when we booked this 2 star hotel, but I should say that the service and hospitality provided from here was exceptionally good. I personally liked the rooms at the first floor though the other top storey rooms are recently built. The complementary BF and Dinner served tasted nice. The only problem I felt was that they can consider maintaining the restaurant more clean .

Extremely Disappointing Stay - Not Worth It We booked a deluxe stay, expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it was far from what we anticipated. Upon arrival, we were given a standard room that was in terrible condition. The room was messy, with dirty bedsheets, broken tables, non-functional taps, and an unclean dustbin. It was clear that regular cleaning and maintenance were not priorities for them. We had booked a 2+2 night stay, but the room provided was nothing like what we had opted for. Since we booked through an agent named ,-, in a package , we reported the issues, but our tight sightseeing schedule didn't allow us to address everything immediately. When we finally had the chance to raise our concerns, they offered us a different room, which was completely different from the one we were promised in the first place. The major thing that can impact your experience was power supply which should be un-interruptive , they have continuous power failure and their backup needs 2 min to restart and you are into blind dark for that duration. This is clearly how they operate--offering subpar rooms and handling complaints poorly. The entire experience was chaotic and disappointing, and it's safe to say that it was a mess from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful stay and experience overall. Service was commendable, food was delicious and the rooms were very well furnished. Very close to the airport. An amazing place to stay if you're visiting Port Blair!!!!!!

The rooms are good but the food is worst. You order 10 Dishes hardly one or two will tastes good. And if you place order from Swiggy they won't give you plate or spoon stating outside food not allowed. Food quality very poor. You can't find any restaurant at walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel Blue Mmarlin Port Blair , the rooms at the hotel is neat and clean must say they have maintained it very well.The restaurant at the basement is super with great ambiance the food served to us was too good...they also have Bar at the basement with a very reasonable menu. Highly appreciated and recommended. Thank you for the great hospitality.

The rooms are fine, but I don't understand why they provide complimentary breakfast if they can't manage it properly. Only three items are provided, and even those are not managed well. Within five minutes of starting the breakfast service, all the items are finished, and despite repeated requests, they deliberately do not refill them. The service is extremely poor.

Food is best in the hotel and they have a very good restaurant in the ground floor. I would recommend you to eat in their restaurant rather than taking room service. Rooms are good but not very well maintained. They can maintain it well. Washrooms taps can be cleaned. Location is good.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. And the services were good. The taxi to all the planned places were arranged on time and there was no delay. Breakfast and dinner was okay, not bad. It can be improved. The dining room was dark. They can lit it up a little more and make it brighter. Overall, we had a good experience staying here. Thanks.
