Worst experience ever. Ordered multiple items, the waiter repeated everything, yet messed up the entire order. Starters came late, main course was wrong, drinks took forever, and half the food never arrived. After 1.5 hours of waiting and arguing, we had to cancel the order out of sheer embarrassment. Staff were clueless, rude, and unapologetic. Tasteless food, zero coordination, and no respect for customers. Total waste of time - avoid this place at all costs! I visited this restaurant with my family hoping for a nice meal, but it turned into a total disaster. We ordered a few snacks and a full dinner - fish fingers, chicken 65, dal, jeera rice, prawn biryani, chicken gravy, naan, and drinks. The waiter confirmed the order aloud, yet managed to mess it all up. After waiting 25 minutes, we only got one fish finger. Starters were missing, the biryani was wrong (chicken instead of prawn), and half the dinner items never arrived. We repeatedly reminded the staff, but they kept insisting we ordered wrong - despite them having repeated it back correctly. The drinks took another 30 minutes, and chicken 65 never even came. Instead, they brought yet another fish finger! There was visible confusion, zero coordination between the kitchen and service, and no sense of urgency. Other tables were also waiting endlessly. After over 1.5 hours of sheer embarrassment in front of my parents, I had to cancel the order. Even getting the bill took 15 more minutes - and the waiter refused to give a printed bill unless I went down four floors to the reception. Food was tasteless, service was chaotic, and the entire experience was humiliating. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and dignity - just don't go.

Its a good hotel in mid range... in the 3 star category, its the best.. i had experienced very courteous staff with polite behavior...||Mr. Veera had guided me to visit the flag point in the evening... thank you for suggesting me such a lovely place.. the staff go out of their way to make your stay comfortable..||The restaurant food is average.. they also have a roof top restaurant...service is good...

This is the third review as my wife and n my friend alrdy posted their reviews n this is mine I took my family out for dinner expecting a pleasant evening, but what we got was an absolute mess. We ordered snacks, dinner, and drinks. The waiter repeated the full order to confirm--but clearly, that meant nothing. After a long wait, only one starter arrived. We ordered prawn biryani--they brought chicken. Dal, naan, chicken gravy--missing. Drinks took over 30 minutes, and the second starter (chicken 65) never even came. When I asked, the waiter had the audacity to argue and blame us for his mistake, denying items that he himself had repeated earlier. We sat there over an hour, watching the kitchen barely move and other families waiting as well. It was embarrassing, especially with my children and wife sitting there hungry, waiting, and frustrated. In the end, we cancelled the order. Even getting the bill was a hassle--they refused to give a proper one upstairs and expected me to go to another floor for it. I've never experienced such careless, slow, and disrespectful service in any restaurant. This was not just bad management--it was insulting. I won't return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value your time, money, or dignity.

The hotel Bell Elite was cozy, comfortable and cost effective hotel for everyone visiting the island. We had a pleasant time during the stay and especially the hotel crew were very polite and well mannered in administration and serving food. Was well satisfied with the service.

Good Property with decent rooms and good service. Location is in Aberdeen bazar with shops nearby. It is near to Airport. Rooms are spacious with necessary furnishings and a balcony. The lightings and furniture gives a good feel inside the room. The restaurant is available on the top floor with both open roof top sittings as well as dine in tables. Good Veg food available at a reasonable price. The staff is cordial and well behaved. WiFi connectivity is not very great. Further, handwash and body wash can be provided instead of soaps.

Excellent stay all the staff are very cordial and in particular all the receptionists were awesome like Anessha ,Veera and another person ( name forgot) Overall excellent experience

Over a good property. Value for money. Excellent food when ordered room service though hardly any variety available for breakfast ( surprisingly only 4 items were available at the breakfast buffet!!) It's a city hotel at port blair with close vicinity to market place

Hotel rooms are clean, well-lighted and comfortable. Room service was efficient and food was tasty with good variety. Since we were travelling with a toddler, they were accomodative with food requests. The staff is polite, hospitable and attentive. We were catered very well by Mr. Shahid Alam, Mr. Sanjeet and Ms. Anisha. Since the hotel is located near the local bazaar, it's accessible by foot. One is sure to get great and fulfilling stay at this hotel.
