ONE STAR LESS as hotel Geysers barely work. You get lukewarm water not hot water. SERVICE IS A CLASS. The hotel food is excellent. Service by Neeraj and Chef is amazing. What the hotel lacks in covers up in amazing food. Try the rice items and the fish items. The people will NEVER say NO if they can fulfil your needs they honestly will.

You can pick this hotel blindly its great. Hopefully they can bring their price down below rs4500 per night. The price to performance would be excellent then. I greatly enjoyed my stay here. The staff is wonderful here

We had an awful experience at this hotel. We waited for nearly 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, I made a call to the reception and asked the receiptionist to send someone to take our order & switch on the fan/ac despite the uncomfortable heat (no one bothered to turn on the fan). After finally placing our order, it took another 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive, and when it did, it was absolutely disappointing. The service was slow, and the food was far from satisfactory. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant visit. Definitely would not recommend!

We have booked 2 days stay here, overall good hotel property is good, food is ok, initially we don't like our room so they changed our room and upgrade it, also restaurant staff is kind and professional. They just need to improve on their staff first day there was a lady sitted on reception so is not a professional one, we have to tell her 3-4 times just for soap and hand towel. So they need to work on their staff. Otherwise overall good stay there.
