He always had a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The complimentary food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and the food we ordered was also excellent. I have stayed here for 3 days. I really like the service. Staff was humble and cooperative. Food quality is awesome. I recommend these hotel for all the service they provided. Rooms are also very good , luxurious feeling. Specially, Manas sir is very cooperative and humble he personally took care of guests.

First, the location is excellent - right in the main area, making it easy to access key attractions. The complimentary breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety of dishes that were both tasty and filling. However, the experience was marred by a few issues. The reception staff, particularly a Tamil-speaking girl, was not very welcoming. Despite knowing we were from Chennai and speaking Tamil, she insisted on speaking only in English and Hindi, which made communication a bit difficult, especially for my parents who are more comfortable in Tamil. It would have been much appreciated if she had made an effort to converse in a language more comfortable for all guests. Additionally, the staff lacked knowledge about the hotel itself. When we asked about the room rent, she didn't have an answer and told us to check online. This is something I expect the front office staff to know, especially when guests are seeking basic information. Another downside was the lobby - there was no AC, and considering the hot temperature, it was uncomfortable to even sit for 10 minutes. Also, there was no internet access in the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient. As for the room, it was decent but not perfect. Unfortunately, one of our rooms had a significant issue with bugs and cockroaches, which was really disappointing. Overall, while the hotel has potential and offers a good location, there are definitely areas for improvement, especially when it comes to customer service and cleanliness. I hope they take this feedback constructively for future guests.

Excellent hotel and staff. Manas is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are excellent and price worthy. Prime location . Manas will help you with cab / auto bookings and other reservations as well The restaurant staff and food are also really good and comfortable. Would like to commend them on their service. It was a great experience in hawizz port blair. MR. MANAS was very helpful and caring. I specially want to thank him for taking care of the lunch and breakfast. As i have a baby. So i requested him for the rice which is easily digested by babies.. he arranged that one and other food items were also delicious . It is recommended to stay there if you are looking for good and healthy food.
