Blue Sea Hotels Pvt. Ltd.- best vegetarian restaurant in andaman and nicobar islands

My experience at Blue Sea Private Limited was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, the lack of basic amenities and appalling service made this stay one of the worst I've ever endured. Room Service Disaster: The hotel's room service was completely dysfunctional. Requests for basic necessities like water and towels were ignored, and staff took hours to respond--if they responded at all. There was no housekeeping, leaving rooms unclean and uncomfortable. Restaurant Disaster: The restaurant was a new low in hospitality. Waiting 45 minutes for simple orders was the norm, only to receive inedible food in laughably small portions. The "quality" was akin to cheap fast food, but at five-star prices. To make matters worse, I saw rats running around inside the kitchen, making the entire place a health hazard. Staff Behavior: The staff's attitude was shockingly rude. When I dared to complain about the delays and subpar food, they screamed at me and dismissively said, "It's not our problem." Unbelievable! There was zero accountability or willingness to resolve issues. Final Warning: This hotel and its restaurant are a complete scam. Save your money, health, and sanity--stay far away. I'd rather sleep on a beach than return to this hellhole. Zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs!

I stayed at hotel for 3 nights.. it was very bad experience staying there. Room service was very poor as they said they don't have enough staff.. plus no cleanness no hygiene maintained.. they delayed in serving breakfast even within mentioned time.. The property is good but maintenance and service are too poor. Just a good part was the complete veg food..

I stayed in Blue Sea Hotel for 4 days with my family during the December peak season. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and many thanks to Ms. Punya and Ms. Rosy for their kind supportand providing us wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in Port Blair. Also, their restaurant serves delicious veg food. Thanks Blue Sea team for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Dissatisfactory and unresponsive service received during recent stay . No TV Service in the Room Specifically, we were not informed in advance about the TV repair issue in the room, NO TV was available and despite raising this concern, no alternative room was provided. Inadequate Meal Service , plan was under the MAP, the meal served was very limited and unsatisfactory. It was provided with only 2 rotis, 1 dal, and 1 sabzi for one person, without any buffet which did not reflect the standard of service expected under this plan. And were asked to pay extra amount to buy any other meal apart from this. Also the staff were Unresponsive & Unprofessional, lacking basic manners, which created an unpleasant dining experience, they were either unresponsive or instructed to contact their head (MD). Even the manager appeared unaware of the issues and could not provide any solutions.

Excellent Vegetarian Food . Ok rooms . Great location to reach all important destinations like Cellular Jail ,park etc . A bit of effort and maintenance can make this hotel Great. The owner is great lady trying her best .

Generally promotes only frozen foods like paneer, corn etc. Fails to provide Leafy Vegetables or locally available vegetables. Rude Manager due to lack of Vegetarian Hotels in city. Tasty but not Healthy

Five star for the location alone. Poorly managed hotel. One lady was running around the entire property. Kitchen and staff are pathetic. Bed bugs were there, bathrooms were unhygienic, service absolutely pathetic. Vegetarian restaurant was the only plus.
