The restaurant service was very good. When ever we go even if it post lunch time they will prepare and give the food. Tushar, pinthum and vanavas was very friendly and prepared the food in a way that the kids can also enjoy eating.. special Kudos to these three guys.

The room was very small. No room amenities like loiletoties, dental kit, etc. They provide normal water in a used plastic water bottle. Food was over priced and the quantity was too low. Don't recommend it. The owner of this hotel just looted the tourists. Don't be misguided by its name "GRAND". THIS HOTEL LIKE A NORMAL GUEST HOUSE.

I stayed here from 2nd to 4th January 2025 while on LTC journey to A&N. Seaview balcony rooms have panoramic view of natural beauty and the sea shore. Even if you don't get seaview balcony, the hotel has a metallic structure which goes up to terrace for anyone to climb and take sea view pics.|The complimentary breakfast is delicious and dinner has a great variety of options.|Overall, it's was a great stay for my family so while leaving out from port Blair I booked it again on 6th January and stayed here only|Thanks to Arries grand staff specially Mr Vishal Yadav for a great service|

We had one day stay there and the AC was not working. Despite us following up it was not resolved and we had to sleep in that humid weather. When the travel agent asked the hotel about this issue the next day, the hotel confirmed that the issue was resolved. Plain lie. The room has spiders. Nothing was as shown in the pictures. Do not recommend this. The breakfast they packed was plain shit.

Room service, cleanliness, hygiene, food and bar all were exceptional. Staff are good in communication, responds to your queries properly and gives on time satisfaction. Food at restaurant was perfectly aligned with holiday needs and thus met our expectations.

We are 18 members visited this on 10th and 13th April 2025. Rooms are small, Food are limited options, No tasty. Cafeterian incharge behaving very rudely. I suggest, don't visit this hotel, due to our family bad experience.
